You know what, I’ve stayed at a lot of places near airports, and KASKADY actually gets it right. The name’s a bit of a mouthful – KASKADY Airport modern apartments – but honestly, it delivers on what it promises. It’s tucked away on Aleja Krakowska in the Włochy district, which I’ll admit sounds like you’re staying in the middle of nowhere, but you’re actually in a pretty decent spot. The apartments themselves feel properly modern, not that fake-modern where everything’s just white and uncomfortable. I mean, you’ve got actual space to spread out your stuff, which is huge when you’re dealing with early flights or long layovers.

The location thing is where this place really shines, though you have to know what you’re getting into. Włochy isn’t exactly the postcard part of Warsaw – it’s more residential, sort of quiet in that suburban way. But here’s the thing: you’re genuinely close to both Chopin Airport (like, properly close, not “close” in hotel marketing speak) and you can still get into the city center without it being a whole production. The 175 bus runs pretty regularly from nearby, and if you’re driving, the parking situation is actually manageable – which, if you’ve ever tried to park near Warsaw’s center, you’ll appreciate. There’s this little convenience store about a five-minute walk away that stays open late, which saved me when I realized I’d forgotten toothpaste.

What surprised me was how quiet it gets at night. I was expecting constant airport noise, but the soundproofing is better than you’d think. Sure, you’ll hear the occasional plane if you’re really listening, but it’s not that constant rumble that keeps you up. The staff at check-in were pretty straightforward – no over-the-top friendliness, but they knew their stuff and spoke decent English. The whole building has this clean, slightly minimalist vibe that feels more like a proper apartment building than a hotel, which I actually preferred. You get a real kitchen (not just a mini-fridge and microwave), so if you’re staying more than a night or two, you can actually cook something decent. The Wi-Fi worked fine for video calls, and the shower pressure was solid – honestly, these are the things that matter when you’re tired and just want everything to work. For a 3-star place with an 8.4 rating, it feels about right – nothing fancy, but everything functions well and the location really does work if you need airport access without completely sacrificing city convenience.

  It’s close to the airport, and you will get a good value for its money for one night in-between flights. It’s in the new building, very clean and brand new. There weren’t too many people in other rooms, it was quiet, and I had no issues with getting access to the shared space, including bathroom and the kitchen. The owner was very helpful during self-checkin.

  This place was great for a night near the airport as we arrived quite late. It was easy to get the train and then a short walk to the apartment. Bathroom facilities were great and wasn't an issue to share, we didn't see anyone else.
  
  What could be improved: It was a bit hard to follow the instructions to find the place and then get in but we worked it out in the end. The bed was also a pull out bed which was confusing and we had to message the hosts when we arrived, and we had to make the beds ourselves.
