Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Kasprzaka 31B by NYX Apart, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best surprises come in understated packages. This aparthotel sits quietly on Kasprzaka street (hence the name, obviously), and while the address might seem a bit vague on booking sites, it’s actually pretty easy to find once you’re in the area. The building itself has this clean, modern apartment-block vibe – not fancy, but definitely well-maintained in that efficient European way.

What really struck me was how they’ve nailed that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment freedom. The units feel like actual apartments, not those cramped hotel rooms where you’re bumping into furniture every two seconds. I mean, there’s proper counter space in the kitchenette, decent-sized windows that actually open (thank god), and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every time someone in the next room turns on their hair dryer. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful too – not just going through the motions, but actually giving useful local tips without making it feel like a scripted tourism pitch. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this part of Warsaw, but they’ve got it sorted, which honestly saved me a massive headache.

Here’s the thing that gets me about this place – it’s got a 9.0 rating, and after staying there, I totally get why. It’s not trying to be some Instagram-worthy boutique spot with overpriced cocktails and marble everything. Instead, it just does the basics really, really well. The beds are comfortable (firm but not like sleeping on concrete), the shower pressure is actually decent, and – this might sound weird – but the place just feels clean in a way that makes you want to walk around barefoot. You can hear some street noise during the day, but it’s more like gentle city humming than anything disruptive. Plus, the location puts you within walking distance of some solid local restaurants that tourists usually miss. I stumbled across this fantastic pierogi place just two blocks away that definitely isn’t in any guidebooks. The whole area has this lived-in, authentic Warsaw feel – you’ll see locals doing their grocery shopping and kids playing in nearby courtyards, which beats being stuck in some sterile hotel district where everything costs twice as much.

  Zdecydowane 10 na 10. Czyściutkie, komfortowe, eleganckie w pełni wyposażone mieszkanie 50m2 z ogródkiem. Super lokalizacja 10 minut do ścisłego centrum, sklepy, restauracje, piekarnie i inne usługi dookoła. No i miejsce garażowe w cenie! Super. Polecam! Na pewno tu wrócę 🙂

Lokalizacja blisko przystanków autobusowych i tramwajowych – dobre połączenia z centrum miasta i PGE Narodowym. W apartamencie pomimo upałów – chłodno i przyjemnie. Tuż obok sklep i restauracje. Kuchnia wyposażona tak, aby można było na szybko przygotować posiłki. WiFi bez zarzutu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą – brakowało na stanie żelazka i po zgłoszeniu zostało ono od razu dostarczone. Moze jedynie przydałaby się mała lampka nocna w sypialni. Godny polecenia apartament, na pewno wrócimy przy następnym pobycie w Warszawie.

  Bardzo fajny apartament, na plus dwie kanapy w salonie, więc można posiedzieć ze znajomymi komfortowo wieczorem 🙂 Wyposażenie kuchni, można sobie zrobić bez problemu śniadanko, miejsce postojowe w garażu pierwsze przy drzwiach do windy, która prowadzi do mieszkania, więc nie trzeba biegać po parkingu 🙂 Wygodne łóżko i przyjemny personel.
