  Very comfortable studio, clean, stylish, has everything what you need. Good communication and very clear instructions how to find apartment. Wifi, parking. Would stay again.

  the apartment is practically cut into 2 tiny apartments. both have entrance doors that lock. it feels like a dorm. but furniture is modern, flat is clean bathroom is modern enough. tiny kitchenette is equipped enough for 1-2 days' stay. anything else, and it becomes too little. parking in front of the house is close (if there is an empty spot). interestingly, the address and house number points to two separate stairhouses. which means, you have to know which "side" of the house you need to enter. better confirm this before arriving, otherwise it might be confusing.
