I stayed there during what felt like a busy weekend and sure, there were people around during the day, but evenings got surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself has that lived-in European feel – not fancy, definitely not luxury (it’s a 3-star place, after all), but everything works and it’s clean in that “someone actually cares about this place” way. The floors have some character to them, a bit creaky but in a charming old-building way rather than concerning.

What I really appreciated was how the setup felt like staying in someone’s actual apartment rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen had proper dishes and utensils – not just the bare minimum tourist stuff – and there was decent natural light throughout the day. Parking was… well, you’ll probably end up walking a few blocks, which honestly isn’t terrible since you’re so central anyway. Check-in was straightforward, no drama there. The place gets a 9.6 rating and I can see why – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, just delivering exactly what you’d want from a well-located, comfortable apartment rental. If you’re the type who likes being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops but also wants to collapse somewhere that feels homey at the end of the day, this works really well. Plus there’s something oddly satisfying about having the Town Hall as your neighbor – makes you feel connected to the local rhythm of the place.
