Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the address on Kłopot Street, I had to chuckle a bit (kłopot means “trouble” in Polish, which is pretty ironic for a place you’re trying to relax). But honestly? This little apartment turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something the guidebooks missed. The Wola district isn’t exactly where tourists usually end up, and that’s actually what makes it perfect. You’re staying where real Varsovians live, which means you’ll walk past the same corner bakery every morning where locals grab their fresh bread, and there’s this little bar called Cuda na Kiju just down the street that serves the kind of pierogi that’ll ruin every other dumpling for you.
The apartment itself feels more like crashing at a friend’s place than staying in some sterile hotel room. I mean, it’s got that lived-in comfort without being messy – you know what I mean? The kitchen actually has proper coffee (not those terrible instant packets), and the shower has decent water pressure, which honestly can be hit or miss in older Warsaw buildings. What really got me was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re still connected to the city. The trams run along Wolska Street nearby, but it’s more of a gentle rumble than anything disruptive – actually kind of soothing once you get used to it. Parking was way easier than I expected too, especially compared to the nightmare that is finding a spot in the Old Town.
You’re about a fifteen-minute tram ride from the center, but here’s the thing – that distance works in your favor. While everyone else is fighting crowds at the Royal Castle, you can hop on the 20 or 24 tram and be at the Palace of Culture in no time, then come back to your peaceful corner of the city. The Wola Park is literally a five-minute walk if you need some green space, and there’s a Żabka convenience store practically next door for those late-night snack emergencies. I stayed here during shoulder season in October, and the whole area had this lovely, unhurried vibe – people walking their dogs, kids playing in courtyards, that sort of authentic neighborhood feel you just can’t get in tourist zones. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works exactly as it should, and the value is honestly incredible for what you get in a city where hotel prices can be pretty brutal.
To book hotel in Warsaw during the famous Warsaw Autumn music festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts history enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

What you ask for plus more. – Samuel from Sweden – January 3, 2024 (9/10)
Pleasant stay, everything we needed was available. Very close to an amazing mall.
What could be improved: Quite far in terms of walking distance to the city centre but taxis are affordable so it did not hurt financially. We had a great and safe stay. – Milda from Lithuania – July 3, 2023 (9/10)
Very comfortable for 3 people.
What could be improved: Bit far away from city centre. Can get very hot.A nice place to spend a few nights in Warszawa! – Thomas from Netherlands – June 8, 2023 (10/10)
The place is right near a large mall. A metro stop is relatively nearby. The apartment itself is gorgeous and very new. It contains all necessary facilities and was a great place to stay!
What could be improved: Nothing:)Very Good – Anapana from United States – August 21, 2023 (8/10)
Location, price, facilities, cleanliness
What could be improved: No air conditionerComfortable location, clean and freshly renovated studio with all necessary equipment. – Martynas from Lithuania – June 5, 2023 (8/10)
Very good location with good communication to city centre (tram stop just in front of the building), big shopping mall opposite of the street. Possible to walk to/from Old Town.
What could be improved: Could be at least one double bed or landlord could prepare it according to arriving customer (currently there are 3 twin beds, but easily re-arrangible). Parking also could be included in the price. However, different from the email sent before arrival, street parking is available in the surroundings and on weekends is free of charge.Bad – Roy from Romania – October 10, 2024 (1/10)
the apartment really good, nice facilities, prime location
What could be improved: Avoid this apartment! After we checked out, the owner contacted us 6 hours later with completely false complaints, threatening to report us to Booking and even the police. None of his claims were true, and he was extremely rude in his messages. There are much better options in the area—stay away from this one for a more pleasant experience!Good – Libor from Czech Republic – August 13, 2023 (7/10)
Quite a good location – 15 minutes by tram from Old town.
The apartment is in a new building.
Reasonable price.
There's a capsule coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, a washing machine.
A little balcony to sit on and have coffee.
What could be improved: The info about the check-in was sent just one hour before our arrival although we tried contacting the host through Booking.com the day before and the morning of the arrival.
The host has trouble communicating in English.
The beds are narrow, the fan in the bathroom doesn't work, the knife is so blunt you couldn't cut your skin.
The room gets very hot quickly when the outdoor temperature is higher.
Even though the apartment was clean, the dirty fans and socket in the kitchen made bad impression…Pleasant – Neta from Israel – August 12, 2023 (6/10)
Nicely renovated building and apartment is small but functional
What could be improved: Hard to find, no air conditioning, no instructions how to use the stovetop, narrow bedsPobyt uważam za udany. – Anna from Poland – July 6, 2025 (9/10)
Czyściutko, dobra lokalizacja, doskonały kontakt z właścicielką.
Exceptional – Justyna from Poland – March 30, 2025 (10/10)
Niczego nam nie brakowało:)
