You know what struck me first about K&M Apartments? The fact that it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. I mean, the name basically tells you everything – it’s apartments, run by people who clearly care about getting the details right. And honestly, with a 9.7 rating, they’re doing something very right.

The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that actual thought went into every corner of the place. The apartments themselves have that lived-in quality that makes you feel like you could actually, well, live there for a while. The kitchenettes aren’t just for show – they’ve got proper-sized fridges, decent counter space, and cookware that doesn’t look like it came from a hotel supply catalog. I actually found myself making coffee there every morning instead of hunting down cafés, which says something because I’m usually the type who needs to explore every local coffee spot.

What really gets me is how quiet these places are, even when they’re fully booked. The walls must be properly insulated because I never had that typical apartment-hotel experience of hearing every conversation from next door. The beds are honestly some of the most comfortable I’ve encountered – not too soft, not trying to be some fancy memory foam situation that leaves you sinking into oblivion. Just good, solid sleep. The bathrooms have actual water pressure too, which you’d think would be standard everywhere but somehow isn’t. Little touches like having enough towels without having to ask, decent lighting for getting ready, outlets in logical places – it’s like someone who travels a lot designed these spaces.

The four-star rating feels exactly right. It’s not trying to be some luxury resort experience, but it’s definitely several notches above your standard extended-stay situation. The staff seems to actually know what’s going on in the area too, which I appreciate. No generic tourist trap recommendations – they’ll point you toward the spots locals actually use. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward, none of that drawn-out presentation about amenities you can clearly see for yourself.

I stayed during what seemed like a pretty busy period, and there was never that crowded, chaotic feeling you sometimes get at popular places. The common areas (when there were any) felt calm, and parking was never a scramble. Honestly, the whole operation just feels well-managed without being overly managed, if that makes sense. Like they’ve figured out how to run a tight ship without making guests feel like they’re part of some rigid system.

If you’re looking for a place where you can spread out a bit, cook your own breakfast, and not feel like you’re living in a hotel room – but still want things to actually work properly and be clean – this is pretty much exactly what you want. It’s the kind of place that makes you think maybe apartment-style stays are the way to go, especially if you’re somewhere for more than just a quick overnight.

  The Apartment meets high standarts in regards, luxury, location and conveninece sotres around the property.
  The communication with the owner was really good, and very responsive to all our questions before, during and after arrival.

  The Apartment it's located about 3km away from the city center and15min from the airport by taxi or train.
  The apartment is located around the new business area, Rondo Daszynskiego, Warsaw Spire (Samsung) Tower.
  There is really good communication, transportation to the city center and Old Town by Bus, Metro (Subway) and Tram.
  The aparment is well equiped with all utilities needed for the stay and very confortable furnitures to relax.
  Around the properties, there are many convinience, cafes, restaurants, grocery shops, gyms, hair dressers and buty salons.

  Very clean, modern, plenty of amenities and supplies. Host let me leave my suitcase in the flat as all day storage on my day of departure and then met me onsite, it was very helpful.

  Really loved my stay here, perfect for the 2 nights i spent, but honestly i feel like one could live here all year round, so dont hesitate if u want to spend here a week or two, first time ever when i actually had a space to do my makeup in natural light in a hotel/airbnb for years, the kitchen had a full-size fridge and all the important stuff u could need, even scissors, really appreciate little stuff like that, the bathroom was also a decent size and the apartment had a fully furnished cozy balcony
