You know what caught me off guard about Kolejowa ApartHotel? The name had me expecting some sort of bland, corporate extended-stay situation – but honestly, this place has way more personality than that. I mean, it’s got that sleek apartment-hotel vibe down pat, but there’s something refreshingly unpretentious about how they’ve put it all together. The lobby doesn’t try too hard to impress you with marble and chandeliers, which I actually appreciate after staying in so many places that feel like they’re performing luxury rather than just being comfortable.

The apartments themselves – and they really do feel like apartments, not hotel rooms with a kitchenette awkwardly shoved in the corner – have this lived-in quality that makes you want to unpack properly instead of living out of your suitcase. The kitchens are actually functional (shocking, I know), with full-size appliances and enough counter space that you could realistically cook something more ambitious than instant noodles. I ended up grabbing groceries from the local market and making breakfast most mornings, which saved me a ton and honestly felt more authentic than the usual hotel breakfast buffet routine. The beds are proper comfortable too – not too soft, not too firm, just that sweet spot where you don’t spend the first night adjusting to weird hotel mattress physics. And the sound insulation is surprisingly good, which matters more than people think, especially if you’re planning to actually get some work done during your stay.

What really sells me on this place though is how it strikes that perfect balance between having everything you need without feeling overly managed or sterile. The 4-star rating feels right – it’s polished and well-maintained without being fussy about it. That 8.7 rating from other guests makes total sense once you’ve been there for a few days; it’s one of those places that grows on you as you discover little thoughtful touches, like decent water pressure in the shower and enough electrical outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your devices. The staff seems to get that most people staying in aparthotels want a bit of independence – they’re helpful when you need them but they’re not constantly checking if you need fresh towels or asking about your day. I’d definitely stay here again, and I’d recommend it to friends who want something more substantial than a regular hotel room but don’t want to deal with the hassle of a short-term rental. It’s particularly great if you’re staying for more than just a weekend – you actually have space to spread out and settle in properly.

  Walking distance to tram & supermarket.
  Lots shops and a few restaurants around building complex.

  It was a nice apartment but really difficult to find, Agent didn’t care much of us and let us find the place by ourself. Love the radiator system in the wall but extremely weird building design making everything so confusing and difficult to find.

  The flat was in a modern building, very nice and clean. A combined bed/living room in open space. Washing machine and dish washer available. Great balcony. In a residential area not too far from Radisson Blue. Accessible by tram, metro and bus.

  Great serviced apartment in a brand new development in Warsaw Ochota. Fresh, clean, well designed, with a fully equipped kicthen, cofee and washing machines, good wifi. Great value for money, on top of that you get a voucher for a decent breakfast at cafe nearby. Reception was quick&efficient, favored belated checkout. Exceptionally great find for my next visits!

  The location is perfect if you plan to stay in Warsaw cheaply. Lots of great eatery places downstairs and a very cosy surroundings. I definitely stay here again in the future.

  I loved the price, quiet location and most of all the comfort we had there. Our Apartment was modern, very clean and tidy. We had access to utensils and washing machine, which came handy as we have been traveling with w kids for a couple of days before our arrival to Warsaw. I loved the balcony where we could sit in the evenings and the layout of our apartment, very roomy and plenty of space to unpack for 2 adults and 2 kids.
