This one has character, proper furniture that doesn’t feel like it’ll collapse if you lean back too hard, and honestly, the best part is how quiet it stays despite being smack in the middle of everything. I was expecting street noise all night, especially on weekends when the bars get busy, but the windows must be pretty decent because I slept like a rock. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where all the small things just work. The shower has proper water pressure, the kitchen actually has the stuff you need if you want to make breakfast, and the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes like some places I could mention.

What really sold me on the location was realizing I could walk to Nowy Świat for dinner, then cut through the side streets back home without dealing with trams or taxis. During the day, you’re close enough to all the tourist spots that you don’t feel like you’re missing out, but far enough from the main tourist drags that you’re not constantly dodging selfie sticks. The building itself is pretty typical for this part of Warsaw – solid, a bit old-school, but well-maintained. Check-in was straightforward, no weird key pickup adventures or confusing instructions. I mean, sometimes these apartment stays can be a hassle with all the coordination, but this was refreshingly simple. If you’re planning to visit during summer, book early because places like this in the center fill up fast, and honestly, for a 3-star place with this kind of rating and location, it’s going to be popular. It’s not fancy – don’t expect marble bathrooms or a concierge – but it’s exactly what you want when you’re actually trying to experience Warsaw rather than just stay somewhere impressive-looking.

  We spent almost a week here and liked everything: modern , light, clean, quiet apartment, very comfortable bed, excellent location and easy contact with the property owner. We really enjoyed our stay as it felt like home away from home and plan to stay here again at our next visit to Warsaw.
  Also worth noting that facility is pet-friendly with no additional fees and there is a free parking nearby. Just amazing 😊

  Excellent place, very modern, central, well equipped kitchenette. Accepts dogs without additional pay which is a huge plus for us. Convenient parking 3 min walk away. Communicable and flexible owners.

  To be honest – we didnt expected much, the photos in the description doesnt tell the true story. It was so much better! There is an iron (which wasnt listed in the description), there is a hairdryer, too. All the commodities in the kitchen – tableware, even coffee and tea. The bed is very comfortable. It was quite hot weekend in Warszaw, but all house, the apartament included, was very cool and confy. Location is great! Parking was included, and it is few minutes away down the street. Overall – it is clean, it is comfortable, newly equiped and Netflix included.
