You know what, I’ve stayed at quite a few apartment hotels in Warsaw, and Labo Apartment on Panska really surprised me in a good way. It’s tucked into this interesting part of Wola that’s honestly still finding its identity – you’ve got these sleek new developments mixed with older buildings that somehow work together. The location is actually pretty clever if you think about it. You’re close enough to the city center that you can walk to places like the Palace of Culture (though honestly, who wants to walk that far with luggage), but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds every time you step outside. The Rondo ONZ metro station is maybe a 10-minute walk, which I mean, isn’t terrible, but it’s not exactly next door either.

The apartments themselves feel like someone actually lives there, which is refreshing after staying in so many sterile hotel rooms. Mine had this little kitchenette that was way more functional than I expected – I actually cooked breakfast a couple times instead of hunting for decent coffee at 7 AM. The furniture is modern without being uncomfortable, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. Panska Street has some traffic during the day, but once evening hits, it’s surprisingly peaceful. The building itself seems pretty well-insulated, because I never heard my neighbors, which honestly can make or break an apartment stay.

Here’s the thing though – the 7.7 rating feels about right, and I don’t mean that as a backhanded compliment. It’s solid, reliable, and does what it promises without any major surprises (good or bad). Check-in was smooth, the WiFi actually worked well enough for video calls, and the shower had proper water pressure. The area around it is still developing, so you’re not exactly surrounded by charming cafes and boutiques, but there’s a decent grocery store within walking distance and some surprisingly good Vietnamese restaurants if you know where to look. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was in Warsaw for more than just a quick weekend – it feels like a place where you can actually settle in for a bit rather than just crash between sightseeing. For the price point and the fact that you get a proper apartment instead of just a hotel room, it’s honestly a pretty good deal in a city where accommodation costs keep climbing.

  Perfect location, really close to centre. Easy access to everywhere you need to go. Few places to eat on the doorstep.

  We had a 3-night stay there. 2 families – 4 adults + 4 children + a dog & a cat. It was a pleasant stay – a bit crowded for a small apartment, but we managed to have a great time there! The location is good – close to all city transport. And there were plenty of parking places nearby.
  
  What could be improved: The flat & all the furniture don't look fresh & new, but there are additional costs for pets + a deposit – that just doesn't make much sense to me…

  The location was the greatest plus of the apartment. Also they had 2 elevators and we didn't have to carry the luggage to the 4th floor by stairs.
  
  What could be improved: The rooms weren't as spacious as expected. It was 8 of us in 2 bedroom apartment and there was no space left after all the sofas were set. The smell in the building was terrible too.

  Bon emplacement dans Varsovie avec parking à proximité, immeuble avec ascenseur et rampe d'accès pour poussette, très facile pour récupérer les clés. Appartement très propre, bien agencé, avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner et réchauffer des choses simples

  Bliskość PKiN, Dworca i stacji metra, parking pod blokiem, oraz super widok z balkonu.
  Kontakt telefoniczny z obsługą na plus, pomogła znaleźć piloty i podać właściwe hasło do WiFi
  Czysta pościel i to z zapasem.
  
  What could be improved: Rozkładana kanapa i fotel w salonie nie są wygodne do spania, można się przespać noc, czy dwie, ale na dłuższy pobyt są męczące. Niewłaściwe kapsułki do ekspresu i z kawy po przybyciu czy o poranku nic nie wyszło.
  Mimo świetnej lokalizacji w nocy jest głośno i trzeba mieć zamknięte okna inaczej małe dzieci mogą być wybudzane w nocy, bo pod mieszaniami są lokale gastronomiczne otwarte do późna w nocy.
  Po poprzednich gościach niezbyt dokładnie posprzątane, w rozkładanej kanapie były okruchy chipsów a piloty pod kanapą. Reszta była wysprzątana a pościel czysta.
