Value for money good location

The accommodation was clean and in a great location.

What could be improved: Could do with a mirror in bedrooms and a toaster but has everything else. If there was writing explaining the lock box was on the bike rack and if a number was on the lock box this would have made a big difference we spent ages looking for the key. Don't let this put you off booking, accommodation it great 👍

Standard apartment - unsettling stay

The location was in a good place

What could be improved: The Apartment rules were very strict. We were bombarded with messages trying to offer extra services for more money. Also the strict rules made no sense such as 'extra cost if we make a noise' or using 1 more set of bedding or an extra towel, They didn't provide us with adequate items to ensure the apartment stays in good condition while staying (cloths, wipes, tea towels)It felt like a trap for our money and so the whole time we were there, we felt we couldn't relax.

The key to the apartment was difficult to locate (despite instructions) and there was only one key available which isn't helpful.

There was a 24 hour security on the ground floor but he was asleep.

You get a bed, a bathroom and a kitchen, but don't expect anything else

The location is good, given you like/don't mind some walking.
The apartment was fairly clean.
Check in and check out were easy.

What could be improved: Honestly, the biggest issue is that it felt the owner is cheap. You have a tea maker and a coffee machine, but no coffee or tea. You have a dishwasher but you can't use it as there are no tablets or liquid. Also, I kept getting messages from them asking about my check in and check out times although I have already replied. All messages were basically aimed at "you can come earlier or leave later but it will cost you 30 PLN per hour, if you will let us know. Otherwise if you stay past the checkout hour, or use more than the number of sheets or towels we allocated for you, we will not return your 300 pln security deposit".
We also didn't get shower gel or shampoo, and a lousy amount of hand soap, for which they did apologize and said they can't provide it, but they did "generously" offer to check out an hour later without paying 30 pln or taking the security deposit, to which I didn't bother to even respond.

The location: next to a main street with restaurants, bars, discos, and the famous palace of culture. The apartment was new and comfortable. The communication with the landlord was good and quick.

What could be improved: it was hard to find a place to park

Nice and comfortable apartment not far from the city center.

The apartment is comfortable and clean, everything is new there. Also the apartment is not so far from the city center which is a big plus.

What could be improved: It was not so easy to understand from the first time where were the keys, it was a quest a little bit. And it would be great to have some tea and coffee for guests in the apartment.
