  В квартире очень чисто и комфортно. Идеально чистая посуда. Квартира чудесно расположена. 5 минут до станции метро (на метро до центра ехать 20 минут). Рядом большой продуктовый супермаркет. И возможность бесплатной парковки автомобиля прямо под окнами дома (хозяин об этом не информировал, предлагая платную парковку).
