The check-in was smooth – none of that awkward waiting around while they figure out your reservation. What really got me was how quiet it is at night. I’m someone who usually needs earplugs in hotels, but here you just hear the occasional tram rumbling by in the distance, which is actually kind of soothing.

The metro connection is genuinely solid – Bródno station is close enough that you’re not dragging your luggage forever, but far enough that you don’t get the constant underground rumble. I spent most mornings grabbing coffee from this little spot nearby (the locals queue up there, which is always a good sign) before heading into the center. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the main areas, which honestly isn’t bad at all. The apartments themselves feel like someone actually lives there – proper kitchen setup, decent-sized bathroom, and they’ve got this attention to detail that surprised me. Like, the shower pressure is actually strong, the wifi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and there’s enough outlets that you’re not constantly unplugging things to charge your phone.

Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place though – it feels authentic. You’re staying where actual Varsovians live, not in some sanitized hotel bubble. There’s a grocery store within walking distance, the kind where half the signs are only in Polish and the cashier might not speak English, but you figure it out and it becomes part of the experience. The rating of 9.3 isn’t some fluke either – they’re clearly doing something right. Maybe it’s that they keep things simple but execute well, or maybe it’s just that when you’re not paying Old Town prices, your expectations adjust and then get completely exceeded. Either way, if you want to experience Warsaw like you actually live there for a few days, rather than just hitting the tourist spots and calling it done, this is your spot.

  Хорошие небольшие апартаменты, со всеми удобствами. Приятно радует, когда в апартаментах есть чай, кофе, сахар и соль, что было тут даже не по одному пакетику на человека. Кровать удобная, диван не очень. Кухня компактная, но всё необходимое есть. В целом, очень ничего за свою цену ( 100 евро за 2 ночи) Расположение хорошее – рядом метро.
