You know what struck me first about Leo Apartment? It’s one of those places that manages to feel both polished and genuinely comfortable – which honestly is harder to pull off than you’d think. I mean, we’ve all stayed in those sterile “luxury” spots that look great in photos but feel like expensive doctor’s offices, right? This isn’t that. The moment you walk in, there’s this sense that someone actually thought about how people live, not just how spaces photograph.

The apartment setup is brilliant for longer stays (though honestly, even if you’re just passing through for a night or two, you’ll appreciate having a proper kitchen). Everything’s been updated recently – the kind of thoughtful renovations where they kept the good bones but modernized all the stuff that actually matters. The Wi-Fi is rock solid, which I always test first thing because you never know, and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, which is more than I can say for half the places I’ve stayed this year. What really got me though was the attention to details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere temporarily. Plenty of outlets where you need them, decent water pressure, and – this might sound silly but it’s huge – enough hangers in the closet. The beds are properly comfortable too, not just firm-for-the-sake-of-being-firm.

The location works really well for getting around, though I’d definitely recommend having some kind of transportation plan figured out beforehand. You’re not right in the thick of tourist central, which means it’s quieter at night but also means you’ll want to think about how you’re getting to dinner or sightseeing spots. That said, once you get oriented, it’s actually pretty convenient – close enough to everything without dealing with the constant noise and chaos. The building itself has good security without being overly fussy about it, and parking (if you need it) isn’t the nightmare it could be in this area. Check-in was smooth, no weird surprises or hidden fees, and the whole experience felt refreshingly straightforward. With a 9.5 rating, I was expecting it to be good, but sometimes high ratings come from flash over substance – this place earns it by just being really well-run and thoughtfully put together. It’s the kind of spot where you settle in quickly and don’t spend your whole trip dealing with little annoying issues that pile up.

  The location is perfect- close to all sorts of transportation, within walking distance from many museums/tourist attractions, has McDonalds and Costa Coffee next to the building, which convenient early in morning and if you get hungry late at night. The view from the apartment is incredible. Just go for it, you won’t regret it.
