I’ll be honest – when I first walked into the Leonardo Royal Hotel Warsaw, I wasn’t expecting much. I mean, it’s a chain hotel, right? But you know what actually caught me off guard? The lobby has this really warm, sophisticated vibe that doesn’t feel corporate at all. There’s something about the way they’ve done the lighting and the furniture placement that makes it feel more like a boutique spot than your typical business hotel.

What really won me over though was how the staff actually seemed to know Warsaw – not just the touristy stuff, but real recommendations. The guy at reception told me about this fantastic pierogi place that’s literally a ten-minute walk away (and honestly, it was better than anything I found in the Old Town). The rooms are solid too – I stayed on the eighth floor and it was properly quiet, which isn’t always a given in Warsaw since the city’s gotten so much busier over the past few years. The beds are actually comfortable, not just hotel-marketing comfortable, and the shower pressure is excellent. Small thing, but you notice it after a long day of walking around those cobblestone streets.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the location works whether you’re here for business or just exploring. You’re not stuck right in the crazy tourist chaos of the Old Town, but you’re not stranded in some business district either. I could walk to most places I wanted to see, and when I didn’t feel like it, grabbing a tram or taxi was super easy. The breakfast is pretty decent – nothing revolutionary, but they do a proper job with both Polish and international options. I mean, where else are you going to get good scrambled eggs and kielbasa under the same roof? One tiny thing that bugged me was that the elevators can be a bit slow during busy times, but honestly, that’s me being picky. For a 4-star place with an 8.5 rating, the Leonardo Royal delivers exactly what you’d hope for – it’s comfortable, the service feels genuine, and you’re not paying through the nose for location. If you’re the type who wants to stay somewhere that feels reliable without being boring, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  Everything was amazing, the location, the room, the breakfast and the awesome staff!! It started with such an amazing nice guy,, I would like to thank him so much for being so professional and friendly “ Wladsylaw “ you are the best!
  I booked a deluxe room, I got upgraded to a junior suite room on the 26th floor with such an amazing view! I got offered a late check out as well. They absolutely can do everything for your stay to enjoy it to the max if it is possible upon your check- in.

  Excellent location, perfectly tidy and clean rooms with good facilities, various and tasty breakfast and helpful staff, who is always ready to fulfill your request. As for value and quality- 10/10 absolutely! And of course- spectacular view of Warsaw skyline from upper floors
