The name makes it sound like some budget crash pad, but honestly, this place has way more personality than half the generic hotels I’ve stayed at. I mean, it’s got that solid 4-star rating for a reason – everything feels thoughtfully put together without being stuffy about it.

The apartments themselves are actually quite spacious, which is refreshing when you’re used to hotel rooms where you can barely open your suitcase. Each unit has this lived-in comfort that makes you feel like you’re staying at a well-traveled friend’s place rather than some sterile corporate box. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too – I’m talking real appliances, not those sad little mini-fridges and single-burner situations you usually get. There’s something really satisfying about being able to make your morning coffee exactly how you like it, or grab some local ingredients and actually cook if you want to. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout (tested it while video calling from the couch), and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night.

What really sells me on this place is how it strikes that balance between independence and service. You’ve got your own space to spread out and live normally, but there’s still someone to help if your key card decides to quit working or you need restaurant recommendations. The 8.5 rating makes total sense when you experience it – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but everything works well and feels genuine. The check-in process was straightforward, no weird hidden fees or surprise charges, and the staff actually seemed to care about whether you had what you needed. Parking was easier than I expected, which is always a relief when you’re dragging luggage around an unfamiliar area. I’d definitely stay here again, especially for longer trips when you want to feel somewhat human instead of like you’re camping out in a hotel room. It’s the kind of place that makes you think “okay, I could actually live like this for a week” – and that’s honestly harder to find than you’d think.
