Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Lovely Apartment In The Heart of Warsaw, you immediately understand why couples rate this place so highly — there’s something genuinely romantic about staying right on the Old Town Market Square. I mean, you’re literally steps away from the colorful baroque facades and cobblestone streets that make Warsaw‘s historic center so captivating. The apartment itself feels more like a local friend’s well-appointed place than a typical hotel stay, which honestly makes the whole experience feel more authentic.
Location Magic
The location score of 9.4 isn’t just marketing fluff — it’s actually earned. You know what’s amazing about staying at rynek Starego Miasta? You can grab morning coffee from one of the square’s cafes, spend your day exploring the Royal Castle (which is practically next door), and then return for an evening drink while watching street musicians perform below your windows. The four-star rating reflects the quality you’ll find here, but the real appeal is being able to experience Old Town Warsaw like you live there rather than just visiting it.
The Space Itself
What I love about this setup is how the room manages to feel both historic and comfortable — you get those classic Warsaw architectural details without sacrificing modern amenities. The windows face the market square (well, depending on which unit you get), and there’s something pretty special about falling asleep to the gentle sounds of the square settling down for the night. The space is thoughtfully designed for couples, with enough room to spread out but cozy enough that you’ll actually want to spend time there together.
Neighborhood Experience
Being in Śródmieście means you’re in the absolute heart of everything, but Old Town specifically gives you this perfect bubble of historic charm. You can walk to the Vistula riverfront in about ten minutes, hit the trendy Nowy Świat street for shopping and dining, or just wander the reconstructed medieval streets that somehow feel both ancient and alive. I actually found myself coming back to the square throughout the day just because it felt like home base — plus, you’ll never get tired of telling people you’re staying right on the market square.
Why Guests Love It
Couples keep coming back here because it strikes that perfect balance between romance and practicality. You’re not just staying near Warsaw’s highlights — you’re living in the middle of them. The 7.9 rating reflects what most guests discover: this isn’t about fancy amenities or over-the-top service, but rather about having an authentic Warsaw experience in one of Europe’s most beautifully reconstructed historic centers. When you can step out your door and immediately be part of the city’s most photogenic and historically significant neighborhood, well, that’s pretty hard to beat.
To book hotel in Warsaw during the famous Warsaw Autumn music festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts history enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

Guest Reviews
Overall disappointed with the facilities but very happy with the location.
Location was superb, building had character and in the heart of the old town.
What could be improved: The apartment was a lot smaller than the pictures suggested, there were also several maintenance issues, the shower drain did not work so every time we tried to shower the bathroom flooded. Handrails on the extremely steep stairs/ladder to the upstairs bedroom was detaching from the wall, skylight in the bedroom woke us up very early every morning, only one toilet paper roll for 4 people for 3 days, liquid soap was empty in the house and pillows were very flat!
Also no access to heating in the house it was turned off. Overall disappointed with the facilities but very happy with the location.
Beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town
Lovely spacious and clean
What could be improved: Up 4 flights of stairs no lift
Nice and cosy - perfect location, in the heart of old town

Very Good
The location is unbeatable. The apartment is very pleasant and well maintained. The service of being able to self-check in is great and the host sent us all the detailed information on time :)
What could be improved: The rooms do not have windows, the staircase is very narrow (I do not recommend it if you have mobility problems), and the upstairs room has a "panel" through which sunlight enters and does not allow you to sleep beyond 8 am. .. We would have appreciated if they left hand towels, since we only had one large towel for each one and it was uncomfortable not having a personal hand towel.
The apartment in the heart of Warsaw on two floors offers a unique experience. The central location

What could be improved: My friends and I, a group of four girls, stayed in your apartment for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired.
First and foremost, we were provided with an inadequate supply of essential amenities. Despite the fact that your policy states that hygiene items are provided only for one night's stay, we were surprised to find that we were given just two toilet paper rolls for four people over three nights. This inconsistency in providing for guests staying longer durations is not only unfair but also quite inconvenient.
Moreover, we discovered that the apartment lacked basic supplies such as kitchen towels, even though we found an item designated for them in the kitchen area. Additionally, there was no soap provided in either the bathrooms or the kitchen.
Furthermore, our request for an earlier check-in, which we made during the booking process, was denied without any explanation. However, upon calling the property, we were informed that our room was already prepared. This miscommunication demonstrates a lack of attention to guest requests and a disregard for our time and convenience.
Taxis were unable to pick us up nearby, requiring us to walk to and from the apartment each time. This inconvenience should be made clear to guests during the booking process.
Wonderful
The apartment is comfortable and located in the heart of the historical centre.....Quiet and well heated even although the temperature in Warsaw was cold.....The view of the snowy square from the living room window was truly impressive !! having breakfast outside the door in the morning was a nice start to the day.
What could be improved: I would recommend the property to provide guests with a more stocked courtesy kit such as soap, the dispenser in the upper bathroom was empty, toilet paper, a few more pillows because they were really thin.....I would like to point out that they immediately provided for my request for soap and towels!
Exceptional
location
Beautifully decorated and located, very comfortable, would recommend but keep in mind it is on the 4th floor with no lif
Very central in the old town and beautifully decorated.
What could be improved: On the 4th floor but this was not included in the description
We wholeheartedly recommend this place.
Elegant and cozy. Everything you need and more, including smart-tv and two toilets. Perfect location. Breakfast is a big plus.
What could be improved: To get a cab you have to walk outside of the protected old town, but it's not that far.
Lots of stairs and no elevator.
