The moment I walked into Lovely apartment- Poznanska 16, it actually felt like stepping into someone’s thoughtfully curated home rather than another generic rental. I mean, the name’s a bit straightforward – honestly, they could’ve been more creative there – but sometimes the best places don’t need fancy branding to deliver.

The apartment sits right on Poznanska, which if you’ve spent any time in the area, you’ll know puts you in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually sleep at night. I loved that about it. The building itself has that solid, lived-in feeling that newer constructions just can’t replicate – thick walls that actually keep your neighbor’s late-night Netflix binges to themselves. The 4-star rating feels right; it’s not trying to be some luxury palace, but everything works exactly as it should, and honestly, that’s harder to find than you’d think.

What really sold me was the attention to those little details that make you feel settled rather than just temporarily housed. The kitchen actually has proper knives (miracle!), the shower pressure is strong enough to wake you up properly, and there’s this morning light that comes through the main windows that just makes everything feel optimistic. I spent most evenings just sitting by those windows, watching the neighborhood wind down – there’s something genuinely peaceful about Poznanska in the early evening hours. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward standing around waiting for someone to show up with keys.

The 8.9 rating makes total sense when you add it all up. It’s not perfect – I mean, the WiFi got a bit spotty during what I assume were peak hours, and the bathroom could use a small shelf for toiletries – but these feel like minor quibbles when everything else just works so well. The location gives you options without overwhelming you, the space feels genuinely comfortable rather than just Instagram-ready, and you get the sense that someone who actually travels put thought into setting this up. If you’re looking for something that feels more like staying at a friend’s place than checking into accommodation, this delivers on that front without any of the usual compromises that come with “homey” places.

  The decor and interior of the apartment are exceptional , very large bed , comfortably fits two people . Amazing value for price .
  Good facilities , such as oven , washing machine , cutlery and hair dryer .
  TV with Netflix and Spotify on it .
  As well as multiple white hand towels .
  Can’t express how satisfied I was with my stay , the entire apartment building is very fancy looking and the property is very clean .
  Located in a very safe area , about 10-15 mins walk from the Palace of Culture and Science .
  
  A fan was also provided , which came in very handy considering the hot Polish weather .
  Easily accessible through public m transport

  Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for 3 people. Huge shower with great water pressure. Kitchen had everything needed to make breakfast and light dinners. Washing machine was useful.

  Great location.
  Really stylish decor. Building was lovely with 24/7 security on site.
  So quiet you wouldn’t believe you were so central.
  5 minute walk to the trams/buses and 10 minute walk to the central station.
  Apartment spacious and bright with good black out blinds. Plenty of wardrobe space.
  Washing machine a great bonus.
  Spotless fridge.
  TV with plenty of channels and quick internet.
  Easy codes access into the building and lift available.
  
  The photos on booking.com definitely don’t do this apartment any justice, it’s so much nicer than the photos make out. We would 100% stay again.

  Full instructions were not provided at the very beginning so we could not get to the room. It took us a while to find WiFi around to be able to contact the property with a question. The answer was received and we finally got the door code but this experience was unpleasant.
