I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name “Luksusowy Apartament Bliska Wola SABA,” I had no clue how to pronounce it, but after staying there, I can tell you it lives up to that fancy Polish name. This place is tucked away in Warsaw’s Wola district, and honestly, it’s one of those hidden gems that makes you feel like you’re in on a local secret.

The apartment itself is seriously impressive – I mean, we’re talking about a 4-star setup that actually feels more luxurious than some 5-star hotels I’ve crashed in. The space is modern without being cold, if you know what I mean. Everything’s been thought through, from the kitchen (which actually has real cooking equipment, not those sad little hotel kitchenettes) to the bathroom that’s bigger than my bedroom back home. The beds are proper comfortable too – none of that rock-hard European mattress nonsense you sometimes get. What really got me was the attention to detail though. Fresh flowers when I arrived, good coffee in the kitchen, and the WiFi actually works everywhere in the apartment (trust me, I tested it extensively while working from the couch).

The Wola neighborhood is pretty fantastic if you ask me. It’s got this cool mix of old Warsaw charm and new development – you’ll see shiny office buildings next to these gorgeous pre-war houses that somehow survived everything. There’s a solid selection of restaurants within walking distance, and the public transport connections are actually decent. I found myself taking the tram into the city center pretty regularly, and it’s maybe a 15-minute ride? The area gets busy during the week with all the business district activity, but evenings and weekends are surprisingly peaceful. Parking was way easier than I expected too – there’s street parking nearby, and the host gave me some insider tips about the best spots. One thing I noticed is that this area’s really coming alive in the evenings lately, with some great little bars and cafes that don’t show up in guidebooks yet. The 9.9 rating this place has? Yeah, I get it now. It’s not just the apartment (though that’s stellar) – it’s the whole experience. Check-in was smooth, the host was genuinely helpful without being overbearing, and everything just worked the way it should. I’ve stayed in a lot of places, and there’s something special about finding a spot where you can spread out, cook your own breakfast if you want to, but still feel like you’re being looked after.

  I liked almost everything. The apartment is composed of two rooms, a bedroom and a living room, and of course a bathroom. It's verry well equiped with electric stove, microwave oven, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bed is verry comfortable so as the pillows. It smells nice. Also the wi-fi internet is good. The apartment has also a balcony with glass windows that offer you a beautiful view. The hosts were verry helpful and responded to all my questions. You also have free drinks in your frige.

  An absolute gem of a property. Perfect for two, even 3. Super clean, well maintained, and the owner had excellent communication. Because it’s in a complex it’s a bit harder to find the right entrance doors at first, but once you know, it’s very easy. Garage parking is excellent.

  Miałem ogromną przyjemność wynająć ten apartament i muszę przyznać, że przerósł moje najśmielsze oczekiwania! Już od samego wejścia poczułem się jak w domu – wnętrze jest niesamowicie gustownie urządzone, a każdy szczegół dopracowany z największą starannością. Apartament jest przestronny, bardzo czysty i pachnący, a do tego wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia, które uczyniły mój pobyt niezwykle komfortowym. Właścicielka to osoba bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna, szybko odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania i dbał o to, by niczego mi nie zabrakło. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto szuka idealnego miejsca na wypoczynek. Zdecydowanie wrócę tu przy najbliższej okazji i polecamy wszystkim!

  Apartament na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Super widok z balkonu, który jest cały oszklony i widać panoramę Warszawy. W apartamencie było bardzo czysto. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, mieliśmy drobny problem z kluczami który został szybko załatwiony przez właścicieli. Dodatkowo w okresie letnim w lodówce można znaleźć mnóstwo napoi które są w cenie pokoju. Instrukcja z dojazdem na parking + wejście do apartamentu została wysłana dzień przed przyjazdem na miejsce.
