The location is what really makes this place shine, though most people won’t realize it until they’re actually staying here. You’re in this sweet spot where you can walk to the Old Town (actually walk, not that “walking distance” nonsense that means 45 minutes), but you’re far enough from the tourist chaos that you feel like you’re living in the real Warsaw. I spent most evenings on that balcony just watching locals head home from work, kids playing in the courtyard below – it’s that authentic neighborhood vibe that’s getting harder to find. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed, not just thrown together like some places. The kitchen actually has everything you need (I’m talking real knives, not those useless butter knives most rentals give you), and the bathroom has this rainfall shower that – well, let’s just say I took longer showers than necessary.

What impressed me most was how quiet it gets at night, especially for being right in the city. I’m someone who notices every little sound when I’m trying to sleep, but here you get that perfect balance where you feel connected to the city buzz during the day but can actually rest when you need to. The building seems well-maintained too – no flickering hallway lights or sketchy elevators like you sometimes encounter. Check-in was surprisingly smooth, none of that awkward waiting around or hunting for key lockboxes. I stayed during late spring when Warsaw gets really lovely, and having that outdoor space made all the difference. You could probably spend a whole afternoon out there with a book and some wine from the little shop around the corner. It’s the kind of place that makes you think about extending your stay, which honestly is the best compliment I can give any accommodation.

  Nice new building, beautiful nature around, kinda family neighborhood but all you need for long or short stay, amazing location, very clean, stylish apartment. Yes it’s smaller than usual I’ve lived but it’s Europe. Good organized space. Big balcony. Big variety of kitchen accessories. Definitely comfortable place

Only down side was apartment was too chilly for me, i came in November in summer definitely i wouldhad no issues. I was unable to adjust higher heating. Except that definitely recommending place.
