  What could be improved: The apartment hadn't been ready for our stay EVEN though we had a late check-in. They simply didn't make a house cleaning. They don't have live support service via call but text only. We were waiting about 40 minutes to receive a solution. They suggested me to pay for different apartments and assured me I wouldn't be charged for the current reservation. They provided a different option with amenities not even close to our current unsuccessful booking. I had to find a different place to stay in the late evening.
  Renters.pl as a service couldn't able to sort my issue well and quickly.

  What could be improved: The STAFF! Their business model either includes stealing and keeping visitors expensive belongings or they just dont care, if somebody from their personal steals customers expensive clothing. It is impossible to get anything back from them, should you forget something in the apartment! I guess it is a good way to make extra money for them! Never again would I visit such an unfriendly place!

  What could be improved: Don’t recommend, we had no hot water for 3 days, payed a lot of money to stay been moved around and they really didn’t care, no calls back no emails had to be on the phone everyday and all day!
  Also they take the deposit money and still don’t have it back!
