The name’s a bit much – I mean, “LUXURY Apartment at City CENTER at Palace +Netflix!” sounds like someone was really excited about their WiFi situation – but honestly, once you’re inside, you get why they’re shouting about it. This is one of those 4-star spots that actually feels like it earned those stars, and with a 9.3 rating, clearly I’m not the only one who thinks so.

The apartment itself is what I’d call “grown-up cool” – it’s got that sleek city vibe without feeling cold or sterile. The living space flows really nicely, and yes, the Netflix thing is legit (thank god, because hotel TV selection is usually terrible). What really won me over though was how they’ve managed to make it feel like an actual home rather than just another rental. The kitchen’s properly equipped – not just a mini-fridge and a prayer – so you can actually cook if you want to save some money or just can’t face another restaurant meal. The bedroom’s comfortable without being fancy-fancy, and the bathroom… well, let’s just say the shower pressure doesn’t disappoint, which is more than I can say for a lot of places in this price range.

Location-wise, being in the city center means you’re walking distance to pretty much everything that matters, though you’ll want to pack earplugs if you’re sensitive to street noise – it’s the trade-off you make for convenience. I actually enjoyed the energy of being right in the thick of things, and the building itself feels secure, which matters when you’re hauling luggage around at weird hours. The whole setup works especially well if you’re staying more than just a night or two – there’s enough space to actually unpack and settle in rather than living out of a suitcase. Honestly, for the price point and that killer rating, it’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you stumbled onto something good without breaking the bank.
