The 15 meters of outdoor space isn’t just for show either – I actually found myself out there every morning with coffee, watching the city wake up below.

What really sold me on this place was how they’ve thought through the details that most travelers don’t realize they need until they don’t have them. The garage situation is clutch if you’re driving (and honestly, parking in this part of Warsaw can be a nightmare otherwise). The gym downstairs is small but functional – nothing fancy, just good equipment that actually works. But here’s the thing that surprised me: the rooftop area becomes this sort of unofficial social hub in the evenings. You’ll find other guests up there, and it’s got this relaxed vibe where you can chat or just enjoy the skyline without feeling crowded.

The two bedrooms are genuinely spacious, which is rare for European city accommodations, and the kitchen is actually equipped for real cooking – not just the token microwave and mini-fridge setup you usually get. I mean, the 9.3 rating makes sense when you’re dealing with this level of space and functionality. The metro connection is what seals the deal though – you can be in Old Town in fifteen minutes, or at the airport without dealing with taxi drama. Sometimes you find places that look amazing in photos but feel sterile in person, but this one has that lived-in comfort that makes you want to extend your stay. Just don’t expect complete silence at night since you’re still in the city, but the double-glazed windows do a decent job keeping the street noise manageable.

  The apartment is located in the vibrant district of Wola, Warsaw. The interior of the building is characteristic of the Art Deco movement. It is fitted with geometric-shaped light fixtures and trendy elevator floor designators.
  The entrance creates an air of wealth with premium finishes all around.
  
  Residents enjoy a stunning living space with impressive views of the city. There is a little grocery store on the corner and restaurants, galleries, and parks are within easy reach.
  
  Then the apartment…WOW. From the moment we walked in we were blown away with every single thing. Each room is incredible. The two bedrooms are stunning with double beds and ample storage space. The bathroom is immaculately clean and is fitted with a washing machine. The kitchen is high-end and equipped with everything you need. The lounge is comfortable, but hands down the stand-out feature of the apartment is the unbelievable views. The photos do not do it justice. We arrived during the day and we were blown away until we saw the view at night. Unbelievable!

  W trakcie wizyt prywatnych i służbowych w Warszawie zawsze staram się wybrać za każdnym razem jakiś inny ciekawy apartament z górnej półki. I właśnie odkryłem ten, do którego będę wracał. Zdjęcia w pełni nie oddają wyjątkowości tego miejsca. Siódme piętro z bardzo szerokim tarasem z niesamowitym widokiem na centrum miasta. Można także skorzystać z tarasu na dachu. Budynek w stylu Art Deco i co rzadko się zdarza w Warszawie – oddalony od innych budynków, dzięki czemu jest w nim bardzo dużo światła. Do stacji metra Płocka 5 minut na piechotę, ale na piechotę także w ciągu 5 minut można dojść do najbliższych restauracji. Apartament gustownie urządzony i odpowiednio wyposażony. Dla fanów TV bardzo duży telewizor. Na parterze jest siłownia dostępna także dla gości. Jest też miejsce na podziemnym parkingu.
