You know what really struck me about the Luxury PRIMA Apartment on Nowy Świat? It’s one of those places where the name actually delivers – and honestly, that’s rarer than you’d think in Warsaw. I mean, Nowy Świat is basically the Champs-Élysées of Poland, so you’re expecting something special, and this place doesn’t disappoint with that 9.4 rating they’ve earned.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-connected friend’s place than a typical hotel room. Everything’s been thought through – the kitchen actually has proper cookware (not those flimsy tourist rental pans), and the living space flows in a way that makes sense whether you’re spreading out work documents or just lounging with a coffee from one of the dozen cafés you’ll walk past downstairs. The windows are substantial too, which matters because Nowy Świat can get pretty lively, especially on weekend evenings when everyone’s bar-hopping between Świętokrzyska and the Old Town. But here’s the thing – the soundproofing is actually decent, so you get the energy of being right in the thick of things without the 2 AM street conversations filtering into your bedroom.

What really sells this location is that you’re a five-minute stroll from the Royal Castle and maybe ten minutes from Łazienki Park if you need to escape the city buzz. The tram connections right outside are fantastic – you can basically get anywhere in Warsaw without thinking twice about it. I particularly love that you’re close enough to the university area that there are proper local spots mixed in with the tourist restaurants, so you can grab pierogi at places where students actually eat instead of those overpriced joints near the main square. The building itself has that pre-war Warsaw character that survived everything, but with modern touches that work instead of feeling forced. Check-in was smooth too – none of that awkward key-hunting or unclear instructions you sometimes get with apartment rentals. Four stars feels right for this place; it’s polished and comfortable without being stuffy or trying too hard to impress.

  Location is fantastic. Close to center of the city, lots of restaurants, grocery, metro and bus lines. The apartment is well equipped and has an elevator to all floors, and a washong machine. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is secure, with a secure garage. All very clean. Very quiet, but only one block from two major streets. Great wifi. This was the perfect place as a base for me to visit Warsaw attractions and all my relatives. I stayed 3 weeks and was as comfortable as at home.

  Spend 2 days here. Had a totally amazing experience probably one of my best booking experiences I’ve ever had. Great fully equipped kitchen and bath so you could enjoy your time. Because of the location it is real quick delivery any kind of food meals and other staff.

  The location is superb, everything is near or reachable by a little walk. The apartment was neat and comfortable, it had everything needed for a stay. The host helped if it was necessary.
