It’s one of those places that looks pretty standard from the street – I mean, Lwowska 9 is just this regular building tucked into what feels like a proper residential neighborhood – but once you’re inside, it actually has this really comfortable, lived-in quality that most apartments-turned-hotels completely miss. The 9.2 rating isn’t just inflated review padding; people genuinely seem to get what they’re hoping for here.

Honestly, the whole setup works because it doesn’t try too hard to be a hotel. The apartment feels like someone’s actual home that they’ve thoughtfully prepared for guests – you’ll find those little touches that matter when you’re settling in somewhere new, like decent lighting for reading (not those harsh overhead bulbs that make everything look like a doctor’s office) and kitchen basics that aren’t just there for show. The location on Lwowska puts you in one of those streets where you can actually hear yourself think, which is something I’ve learned not to take for granted. Parking around here isn’t the nightmare you might expect either – there’s usually something within a block or two, though I’d still recommend asking the hosts about their recommendations when you book.

What I really appreciate is how the place manages to feel both private and connected to the neighborhood. You’re not isolated in some tourist bubble, but you’re also not dealing with paper-thin walls or wondering if you’re bothering the neighbors when you drag your suitcase up the stairs. The three-star rating might make it sound basic, but honestly, that’s missing the point – sometimes what you want is a clean, comfortable space that doesn’t cost a fortune and lets you experience a city like you actually live there for a few days. The check-in process is refreshingly straightforward too; none of that awkward key-passing dance you get with some apartment rentals where you’re never quite sure if you’re doing it right.

  My stay in these apartments was truly pleasant. They are cozy, clean, very tidy, and modern. The internet works perfectly, and the host is extremely friendly and always ready to answer any questions.
  
  During winter, the apartments are very warm, and the radiators work excellently. The bed, although not king-size, is very comfortable and cozy.

  The apartment is in a great location, close to the underground station (Politechnika) and various trams and buses. It's also close to the city centre, so many things are within walking distance.
  There are also great restaurants at the bottom of the building and nearby. I especially recommend Seoul Oppa, the Korean restaurant. Delicious food and lovely staff.
  The flat is very comfortable and warm, with all the amenities you need for a few days in Warsaw.
  Walking to the fourth floor can be exhausting, but it's manageable and helps you stay fit, especially after having too much lovely food in Warsaw 🙂

  Wonderful furnished flat – industrial design as well as historical elements – in a very interesting as well as conveniant area (cafés, restaurants, metro station, old Warsaw feeling as well as socialist architecture, less touristic than other areas but very lively.) Would choose area as well as flat again!!
