Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about Mamaison Residence Diana? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you with flashy lobbies or over-the-top amenities, but somehow ends up being exactly what you didn’t know you needed. I mean, sure, it’s got that four-star polish you’d expect, but there’s something refreshingly understated about the whole experience. The moment you walk in, you get this sense that they actually thought about how real people want to live when they’re away from home – not just sleep, but actually live.
The residence setup is honestly brilliant, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms where you’re eating takeout on the bed because there’s nowhere else to sit. We’re talking proper living spaces with kitchenettes that are actually functional (I’ve seen too many hotels throw in a mini-fridge and call it a kitchen), comfortable seating areas where you can spread out your laptop without feeling like you’re working from a postage stamp, and – this is the detail that got me – really good lighting. You don’t realize how much bad hotel lighting affects your mood until you find a place that gets it right. The staff seems to understand that people staying in residences often have different rhythms than typical tourists, so they’re not hovering but they’re definitely there when you need them. Check-in was refreshingly smooth, none of that “let me just verify seventeen things while you stand there with your luggage” routine.
What really sells me on this place, though, is how it strikes this perfect balance between giving you space to do your own thing while still feeling like you’re being looked after. The 8.9 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it’s nailing all the things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere temporarily. The neighborhood has this nice residential feel without being boring, and honestly, after a few days you start to feel like a local rather than a tourist just passing through. If you’re the type who gets claustrophobic in traditional hotels or you’re staying somewhere long enough that you want to maintain some normal routines, this is your spot. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself thinking “I could actually live here” – and I mean that in the best way possible.
Apartments in Warsaw provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Polish markets and cook with regional culinary specialties.

The hotel was in the centre of Warsaw located down a quiet street. There were plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The hotel had its own restaurant with wood burning pizza oven. The service in the hotel was great, staff were helpful and the rooms amazing.

Bed was comfortable.Danilo from Austria (9/10)
A fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. We got a very large apartment, with two sleeping rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lot of space. The room and the hotel were very clean with a modern design and everything you may need. The staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast was OK, nothing exceptional, but good. I was able to find a spot in the small garage, but I confirm the other reviews: entering the garage requires a skilled driver. 😉
All in all, we loved it, and we will probably come back here, at our next visit to Warsaw. Will from United Kingdom (8/10)

Very good location, almost in main street of action, but despite that – it is comfortable quiet. No noise from the street. Also a very helpful personal – big thanks to Ewelina, who was taking care of our stay.
