You know what caught me off guard about MARIENSZTAT 8? Walking up to this place, I honestly wasn’t expecting much – I mean, apartment hotels can be hit or miss, right? But stepping inside, it’s like someone actually thought about how people live when they travel. The spaces feel intentional, not just thrown together with leftover hotel furniture.

I’ve stayed in plenty of four-star places that feel sterile, but there’s something different here. Maybe it’s the way they’ve balanced that sleek, modern aesthetic with touches that actually make sense – like proper lighting where you need it (thank god, because I’m tired of fumbling around dark bathrooms at 2 AM). The kitchens aren’t those sad little kitchenettes either; you could actually cook a real meal if you wanted to, though honestly, with Warsaw’s food scene right outside your door, why would you? The bedrooms have this quiet sophistication that doesn’t scream “look how fancy we are” – just clean lines, quality linens that actually feel good, and windows that let in proper light without the street noise becoming an issue.

What really sold me was the attention to those tiny details that most places completely miss. The Wi-Fi actually works everywhere (I tested it, because I’m that person), the water pressure is excellent, and – this might sound weird – but the hangers in the closets are real hangers, not those flimsy things attached to the rod. Small stuff, but it adds up when you’re living somewhere for more than just a night. The building itself has character without being creaky or problematic, and the whole operation runs smoothly. Check-in was straightforward, no drama, no waiting around. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing. That 9.6 rating isn’t inflated – you can feel why people keep coming back and recommending this place. It’s one of those spots where everything just works the way it should, which sounds basic but is surprisingly rare. If you’re the type who wants hotel service with the space and freedom of your own apartment, this hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  The location of the property was excellent as only a few minutes walk to the old town and river where there were plenty of bars and restaurants.
  
  The owners / managers were really good to deal with and were available whenever required, whether for general information or recommendations. They even went over and above to send on some belongings I left behind.
  
  The room itself was spacious and comfortable. It is decorated well and has everything you need. Free items in the mini bar are always a nice touch.

  Location, comfort and feeling of security. Proximity to excellent walkway along the river, and to the Old Town. Also great facilities and extremely friendly and helpful hosts. We could’ve hired bikes from them but didn’t have time. We discovered at the last minute that the cafe right next to the hotel was excellent too – check it out!

  I booked this accommodation again as I really enjoyed my first stay last year. Amazing room and great value for money. The staff is super friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond. Super easy check-in and great support as there is a 24/7 reception/porter.

  In a word Everything. First of all being greeted in a friendly manner at the front desk. They helped us with suitcases to the apartment and showed us around
  The apartment itself was gorgeous. Very well equipped and everything in its place. Very clean and orderly. Lovely bedding and bed. Although the apartment is small there is room for everything. Shower was great I could not find fault with anything
  On the corner there is a little store packed full of fresh veggies, fruit, bread cheese, wine etc

  The "porters" were helpful and very friendly. The room is good sized. The hot water had good water pressure and lots of hot water. A/C and wifi were good. I can not think of a reason not to stay here. It was a fantastic experience. Bed was comfortable and the TV was huge.

  I really liked the interior design. The suite was big and it was very clean. Both beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spaceous and clean. There was water and apple juices in the fridge as complementary. Very close is a small grocery shop and a caffee. The location is great close to the city center and close to the Vistula river.

  The location was fantastic, not too close to the crowds but within walking distance of everything in old town. They don't have a breakfast but they do supply you with plenty of tea and coffee in your room, andthere's a shop and a café around the corner in the building next-door. The Café had delicious baked goods an excellent coffee, and the shop carried all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables. A couple good restaurants are also within walking distance.

  I give them 11 out of 10 stars. Incredibly convenient location and great hospitality, from the gifts in the fridge on check-in to friendly front desk staff and incredibly responsive hosts. They absolutely made one of my days in Warsaw remarkable. The bed is comfy, the a/c is a lifesaver, the room is well-appointed. I was absolutely thrilled.
