Miły pobyt w doskonałym apartamencie.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , duży apartament, 3 pokoje, 2 łazienki, część łóżek samodzielna, co doceniły towarzyszące nam dzieci (nastolatki).
W zamieszkiwanym lokalu było wszystko co jest potrzebne do codziennego życia, sprzęt AGD, ładne meble, czysta pościel.
W hotelu tak duży lokal nie byłby możliwy, a nawet jeśli tak , to pewnie za dużo wyższą cenę.
What could be improved: Brak miejsc parkingowych dedykowanych dla apartamentu. Pobyt był na początku sierpnia, więc były miejsca na parkingu wzdłuż pobliskiej ulicy. Naprzeciwko budynku był dość duży plac z ponumerowanymi miejscami , prawie całkowicie pusty (parkowały tylko 3 samochody). Czy nie było by możliwe zarezerwowanie tam 1 miejsca? Trudno mi to rozstrzygnąć, ale widok był kuszący.
Podróżując samochodem przez Polskę, był to lekki stres czy znajdzie się miejsce na zaparkowanie auta. Na szczęście bez trudu się to udało.

Bardzo przestronny apartament, dobrze wyposażony i czysty.
Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Dobry kontakt z obiektem.
Lokalizacja spokojna i cicha. Mieszkanie duże, czyste i wygodne. Dodatkowy plus za podwójną toaletę oraz wannę :). Świeża czysta pościel i ręczniki. Bardzo wygodne duże szafy. Na miejscu dostępna była suszarka do włosów, żelazko, pralka, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy , czajnik oraz mikrofalówka i piekarnik.
Łatwy dojazd autobusem do centrum Warszawy.
What could be improved: Za mało wyposażona kuchnia w naczynia. Kran w kuchni był nie przymocowany podobnie jak szyny w szafce na kosze na śmieci. Miotła połamana. Ciężko z miejscem parkingowym.

Das Apartment ist eine komplett (rustikal) eingerichtete Wohnung. Bestehend aus:
1 Schlafzimmer Doppelbett 160×200
1 Kinderzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten
1 Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch
1 Küche (alles da was man braucht)
großzügigem Vorraum
1 Bad mit Waschmaschine und WC
plus 1 extra WC
Ideal für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern.
Es befindet sich am 3. Stock in einem Wohngebäude (kein Lift). Die gezeigten Bilder sind schön gemacht jedoch authentisch und echt.
Gut gefielen uns die Betten / Matratzen / (Parkett)Fußboden, es gibt kein knarren, kein Quietschen, sehr bequem.
Öffentliche Parkplätze waren immer verfügbar. Wir haben unser Auto täglich in Sichtweite vom Balkon aus geparkt.
Ruhige Lage, kein Straßenlärm.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich unweit zum Apartment. Bis zum Centrum benötigt man ca. 45 Minuten.
What could be improved: Den Code für den Zutritt zum Gebäude und Schlüsselbox bekommt nur nach Überweisung einer Kaution.
Bei der Sauberkeit der Glasflächen gibt es definitiv Potential, weshalb ich einen Punkt abgezogen habe.
Bed bugs! Terrible communication.
What could be improved: Bed bugs were in the bed. We awoke to find they had fed during the night, and then we spent the whole day cleaning every article of our clothing and luggage, and then finding a hotel with adequate cleanliness (which was expensive and stressful due to last minute nature). A day of holiday wasted, and awful experience all round. Despite the inconvenience, added expense and wasted day we didn't receive a full refund, only partial. Would not recommend in good conscience to anyone. Furthermore, my friend lost his passport and wallet. We arranged for DHL to collect both items, yet only the passport was delivered, and now the property is declining to answer his calls despite their reception initially saying they found both in the apartment. Worst experience I've had with a property so far, and would not recommend

It is large, so we had enough space for our Family.
What could be improved: it has no soap, the furniture is old, no lift, old repair.
Exceptional
The area it's located in a clean friendly neighbourhood and very easy accessible to shops and takeaways. Transport is close by and very frequent to get to the centre of Warshaw.
What could be improved: I will like to suggest that maybe the communication between staff and guests can be improved a bit more and looked into as certain ares are lacking and it's really ashame as are very simple things but can have a an impact of how someone is starting their journey. I personally struggled to get to talk to a member of staff for days as the phone numbers provided were never answered. I have encountered problems with the link for the payment as not sure if was android friendly, the link didn't open till we had it sent to another no (device) than the link worked but still find it hard to manage as was not too clear of the total amount to be paid.
We experience that the check in starts at 16 or after and check out is 11am so i guess you not really getting the value of your money especially where there are no flexibility to check out late but there are to check in....i guess they should reconsider the timings and the options.
Deposit money taken from account I'm not sure why is the need as the card details are provided, refund for the deposit it's between 5-7 working days which it's way too long...
