  Located in Warsaw city center, the location is very close to all means of transportation.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast is served at a restaurant about 5 min walk and is very poor!

  What could be improved: Breakfest. Terrible Coffee and cacao.
  No parking , had to leave car long way from apartment.

  Clear instructions about key box were sent to me, it was easy to follow the instructions about the keys.
  The room was clean, kitchen was comfy, there were TV with Youtube and Netflix.
  In the inner yard there was small Zabka shop with all the essential goods. Metro was really close.
  
  What could be improved: There were different street names on the building from the different sites. It was not easy to understand, from which side I must go to my apartment. It would be easier, if instruction has mentioned, that I had to go to the inner yard.
  In the bathroom there werent any hooks for towels, in the closets there were maybe 3-4 hangers, that is way too little for family of 4.
  The breakfast was great, but it was not very easy to find a cafe, where breakfast was served, instructions might include some pictures of the place.

  What could be improved: I wish the lock wasn’t impossible to lock, that there was a cutting board, a comfortable sofa, decent pillows, towels that felt like we were drying ourselves with floor mats. And customer service that responded to issues.

  Room was really good. Quite & quality night sleep. Breakfast with good options and tasty coffee.

  Location, comfortable beds, nice building, very good breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: Dirty dishes not cleaned after previous guests. Broken dishwasher and TV in the apartment. Lack of contact from the staff, when I reported all my remarks I was ignored. Only offered email address to send my opinions. Instructions to get to apartment from Walicow 11 was misleading and for a long time I simply couldn't get to the place. Overall, lack of proper management, cleaningness and damaged equipment ruined overall worth of this Appartment.
