It’s actually part of the historic Mennica complex in Warsaw’s city center, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting the blend of old-world architecture with genuinely modern apartment living to work this well. The building itself has this industrial-chic thing going on – I mean, it used to be connected to the old mint (hence “Mennica”), so there’s real character in those thick walls and high ceilings that you just don’t get in your typical hotel setup.

The apartment I stayed in felt more like borrowing a friend’s really nice place than being stuck in some generic hotel room. Renters Prestige clearly knows what they’re doing with the setup – everything from the kitchen (which actually has decent knives, thank god) to the bathroom fixtures feels thoughtfully chosen rather than just thrown together. The beds are proper comfortable, not that fake-firm hotel nonsense, and there’s enough space to actually unpack and settle in for a few days. What I really appreciated was the soundproofing; Warsaw can get pretty lively, especially on weekends, but I slept well even with the windows cracked open. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to get any work done or just want to stream something after a long day wandering around the Old Town.

Location-wise, you’re really in the thick of things here. I could walk to most of the spots I wanted to hit – Krakowskie Przedmieście is basically around the corner, and you’re close enough to the Vistula that evening walks along the river become a natural habit. The nearby tram connections are clutch if you want to explore beyond the center without dealing with parking (which, let’s be real, is a nightmare in this part of the city anyway). Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward lobby hovering while they “prepare your room.” The 8.4 rating makes sense when you factor in that this isn’t trying to be some luxury palace, but rather a really well-executed apartment experience that lets you live in Warsaw instead of just visiting it. Sure, you won’t get room service or a concierge, but you also won’t feel like you’re staying in a corporate bubble either.

  Апартаменты находятся в центре, в очень красивом и современном здании. На здании с разных сторон есть логотип Mennica Residence, у меня сложилось впечатление, что эта компания управляет большим количеством апартаментов в этом месте.
  Сами апартаменты полностью соответствуют фотографии. Хорошая мебель, всё продумано до мелочей, качественная косметика в ванной, капсулы для посудомойки, мешочки для мусора, салфетки на кухне и качественные кухонные принадлежности — самое главное есть. За дизайн, расположение и наполнение апартаментов — твердая пятерка.

  Patiko apartamentų rajonas, aukšti stikliniai pastatai atrodo prašmatniai ir suteikia gerą pojūtį. Šventinę nuotaiką skleidė ir skoningi Naujametiniai papuošimai.
  Taip pat, butas tikrai buvo puikus: naujas, modernus, estetiškai sumaniai įrengtas, švarus su visa buitine technika.
