Overview
You know what really caught me off guard about Mennica Residence? Walking into this sleek apartment-style hotel on Grzybowska, I honestly wasn’t expecting much – I mean, the street itself is kind of tucked away in this emerging part of Warsaw that’s still finding its identity. But stepping through those doors, it’s like someone took all the best parts of staying in a friend’s sophisticated apartment and polished them into something really special.
The thing about this place is that it gets the details right in ways that actually matter when you’re traveling. Your keycard works every single time (seriously, why is this so rare?), the elevators are quick and quiet, and – this might sound weird – but the hallways smell like they’re supposed to, clean without that overwhelming chemical scent some hotels assault you with. The apartments themselves are what really sell it though. We had this gorgeous corner unit with windows that let in ridiculous amounts of light, and the kitchen was actually functional, not just for show. I’m talking full-size fridge, decent counter space, proper cookware if you’re the type who hits the local markets. The bedroom felt more like home than hotel – comfortable bed that didn’t leave me waking up with a crick in my neck, blackout curtains that actually block out the morning sun, and honestly some of the best water pressure I’ve encountered in Central Europe.
What I love about the location is that you’re close enough to the action without being in the middle of tourist chaos. Grzybowska puts you maybe a fifteen-minute walk from the Palace of Culture, but you’re also surrounded by these great little local spots that most visitors never discover. There’s this fantastic Vietnamese place around the corner that locals queue up for, and the whole area has this energy of young Warsaw – startups, creative studios, coffee shops that stay busy past 3 PM. Parking was surprisingly painless too, which anyone who’s driven in European city centers will appreciate. The tram connections are solid if you’re planning day trips, and I actually enjoyed the evening walks back from the old town – you get to see how the city transitions from tourist Warsaw to where people actually live and work. At a 9.3 rating, Mennica Residence isn’t trying to be the fanciest place in the city, but it nails what modern travelers actually want: space to spread out, reliable internet, a proper shower, and that feeling like you’ve got a little corner of the city to call your own for a few days.

Guest Reviews
Everything was great!
- Excellent location;
fully equipped apartments(additional non allergic pillows, washing powder, free water, minibar, shampoo and shower gel) ;
- comfortable bed;
- professional and very helpful staff!
Things to change:
- It would be great to add some hooks for towels in the bathroom.
- It would be convenient to have an hairdryer witch not fixed to the wall.
Literally everything

Nowe luksusowe apartamenty. Swietna lokalizacja- dobra komunikacja miejska
