The staff speaks proper English without that rehearsed hotel-speak, and when I needed directions to the old town (about a 25-minute train ride, by the way), they gave me the kind of detailed instructions you’d get from a friend. Even the check-in was smooth – no endless forms or surprise fees, just quick and efficient. The 8.6 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed there; it’s the kind of place that handles all the little details right, so you end up sleeping better and feeling less frazzled than you expected.   This is great hotel near airport and near Warsaw Zahodny Bus/Train Station. Near tram station, 20 minutes by tram to the center of Warsaw. The hotel has very good breakfast and restaurant with good menu for dinner. Very clean, great facilities, comfortable beds. Very helpful reception desk.
