Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Mercure Warszawa Ursus Station, you immediately get that feeling of stepping into something well-thought-out. The lobby has this clean, modern vibe that feels distinctly Polish but with international touches — you know, the kind of place where business travelers and couples both feel at home. What struck me right away was how the staff seemed genuinely happy to see guests, not just going through the motions. The four-star property sits in the Ursus district, and honestly, the location works better than you might expect for a Warsaw stay.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s the thing about staying in Ursus — it’s actually pretty smart. You’re connected to Warsaw’s city center via excellent public transport, but you’re not dealing with the noise and chaos of the tourist areas. The hotel is practically next to the train station (hence the name), which means getting to the airport or exploring other parts of Poland is incredibly straightforward. Couples seem to really appreciate this setup — there’s something romantic about having easy access to both urban energy and quieter moments. I mean, you can grab dinner in the Old Town and still come back to a peaceful night’s sleep.
The Room Experience
The rooms feel thoughtfully designed rather than just decorated. Everything’s clean and functional, but there’s attention to detail that makes the space feel welcoming rather than sterile. The beds are genuinely comfortable — not just hotel-marketing comfortable — and the bathrooms are spacious enough that you’re not bumping into your travel partner every five minutes. What I really appreciated was the soundproofing; despite being near the station, you don’t hear much of anything once you’re settled in for the night.
Breakfast & Practical Perks
The breakfast setup is where this place really shows its understanding of different traveler needs. They do both continental and buffet options, which sounds simple but actually gives you flexibility depending on whether you’re rushing to catch a train or planning a leisurely morning. The selection hits that sweet spot between local Polish items and international favorites. Plus, having private parking at the hotel is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving — parking in Warsaw can be a real headache, so this eliminates one major travel stress.
Why Guests Love It
What keeps people coming back to Mercure Warszawa Ursus Station is how it solves the common Warsaw accommodation dilemma — you get the benefits of being connected to everything without paying premium prices for a central location that might actually be noisier and more cramped. The high guest rating of 9 reflects something you feel during your stay: this is a place that works efficiently without feeling impersonal. Whether you’re using Warsaw as a base for exploring Poland or you’re here for business, the combination of solid amenities, smart location, and genuinely helpful service creates one of those stays where everything just flows smoothly.
Travelers should reserve a hotel in Warsaw at least two months ahead for major events like music festivals or business conferences, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near attractions.

Excellent breakfast, big clean room. No bottles with water, free water is available near the elevator.
I booked a stay at Mercure Warszawa Ursus Station for my partner, and she had a wonderful experience for the second time! The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing her to check in early, which she really appreciated after a long journey. She loved how friendly and welcoming everyone was, and her room was modern, cozy, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The location is ideal, which made getting around Warsaw super easy for her. She had a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be returning for future visits!
the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good
Nice room, comfy bed, nice gym, very good breakfast (tho bit expensive)
Stayed here for Taylor Swifts the Eras Tour. Extremely pleasant experience! Very nice hotel with lovely staff. Price/quality-wise an amazing choice. Stayed here for two nights and could have definitely stayed a couple more. Location is a bit far away from the city center but ubers/taxi's are available. Also, once you figured out how public transport works, it is also fairly easy to take public transportation to the city centre. Nice bar in the hotel lobby.
Large room, with kitchenette. Very neat and modern. Located close to train station, making traveling to city center easy. Convenience store and restaurant in close vicinity.
Very comfortable room: big enough, with kitchen corner, TVm Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. I stayed there only for one night after the concert but I really took a rest. Check out time at 12 p.m. is very helpful during the weekend.
Nice quiet clean good furniture
