You know what? I’ve stayed at a lot of apartment-style places in Warsaw, and Metro Plac Wilsona actually surprised me in a good way. The location on Mickiewicza is honestly pretty sweet – you’re right in Żoliborz, which is this lovely residential district that feels way more authentic than the touristy Old Town area. I mean, don’t get me wrong, you’ll want to visit the historic center, but there’s something nice about coming “home” to a neighborhood where actual Varsovians live and work. The metro connection at Plac Wilsona is literally a few minutes’ walk, which saved me so much time getting around the city. Plus, there’s this great little bakery just down the street that locals queue up at every morning – you’ll smell the fresh bread when you step outside, and honestly, that became part of my daily routine.

The apartments themselves are pretty solid for a 3-star setup. Nothing fancy, but everything worked properly when I was there (which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given with rental apartments). The kitchen had actual pots and pans that weren’t scratched to death, and the wifi was strong enough for video calls – important since I was working remotely part of the time. The building itself is one of those typical Warsaw residential blocks, so it’s quiet at night but you’ll hear some normal city sounds during the day. Parking was easier than I expected, though if you’re visiting during summer or around the holidays, I’d definitely ask about reserving a spot ahead of time. Check-in was pretty straightforward through Noclegi Renters – they’ve got the process down to a system, though sometimes the key pickup location changes, so double-check that email they send you.

What I really appreciated was how the area comes alive in the evenings. There’s this little cluster of cafes and restaurants within walking distance where you’ll hear more Polish than English, which I loved. The tram connections are fantastic too – you can get to the Vistula riverfront in about fifteen minutes, and there’s something magical about those evening walks along the water. I’ll be honest, the 7.1 rating seems about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s reliable, well-located, and gives you a genuine feel for living in Warsaw rather than just visiting. The value is definitely there, especially if you’re staying for more than a couple nights and want to cook some of your own meals. Just pack some decent coffee if you’re picky about that sort of thing – the local shops have everything you need, but the coffee situation in the apartment was pretty basic.

  The location is excellent, very close to different tram stops and to the metro, also the neighbourhood is very nice.
  The flat is very spacious with a large bathroom and the balcony has a nice view and is very quiet and private.
  
  What could be improved: The bedroom window points east and in the summer the room gets direct sunlight at around 5 am. The curtains block the sunlight a bit but the room is still very bright in the early morning.

  Very convenient location close to city center. Stops of city transport such as metro, trams and buses are in 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, warm, with enough daylight; the furniture is new. Special thanks for allowing pets. Huge TV.
  
  What could be improved: There is no opportunity for early check in and late departure. The doors to the toilet are old and difficult to close/open (terrible noise). The washing machine is really noisy (somebody noted it in previous comments and I may confirm).

  Spacious, clean, and fully equipped apartment, we did not miss anything.
  We did not use the small terrace that belongs to the apartment since we visited in December, but it is a nice addition to the experience in other months.
  Check-in instructions were communicated very clearly and host (company) quickly responsive to questions.
  
  What could be improved: As stated in the description, the apartment is on the 4th floor, and no elevator is present, so it can be a bit demanding to get luggage up. Apart from this, everything else was perfect.

  We liked the location and the size of apartment. It was nice and light. We enjoyed our staying.
  
  What could be improved: The absence of any towels. The host forgot to leave it in the apartment. It was very uncomfortable for us because we did not take towels with us. And solving of this matter took time. Recommend you to be more attentive with such questions.

  Whilst the property is spacious and clean, it is not appropriate for a summer holiday in Warsaw.

  When we brought this to their attention, they offered us no help despite us having young children.
