But this place actually surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked right on Andersa Street in Śródmieście, which means you’re basically in the heart of everything without the tourist trap chaos. I mean, you can walk to the Old Town in maybe ten minutes, but you’re far enough from the main square that you won’t hear drunk bachelor parties stumbling around at 3 AM (trust me, that’s a real concern in this city).

The apartment itself feels like someone’s stylish cousin decided to rent out their spare place – and I mean that as a compliment. It’s got that lived-in comfort without being shabby, you know? The kitchen actually has proper cookware, not those flimsy tourist rental pans that barely heat water. I made coffee there every morning and honestly enjoyed it more than the overpriced stuff at the hotel chains nearby. The bathroom’s compact but well-designed, and the shower pressure is surprisingly good for an older Warsaw building. What really got me was the little details – decent hangers in the closet, blackout curtains that actually block light, and WiFi that doesn’t cut out every time someone in the next apartment starts streaming Netflix.

Location-wise, this is where it really shines. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the Ratusz Arsenał metro stop (hence the name, I guess), which connects you to both airport lines without any transfers – that alone saved me probably 40 złoty each way compared to taking taxis. There’s a Żabka convenience store right around the corner for late-night snack runs, and if you walk maybe five minutes toward Krakowskie Przedmieście, you’ll hit some genuinely good restaurants that locals actually eat at, not just the touristy pierogi places. The building itself sits on a relatively quiet street, though you’ll get some tram noise during the day – nothing that kept me awake, but light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too; they actually met me at the apartment instead of making me trek to some random office across town like a lot of these rental places do. For a 3-star spot with an 8 rating, it delivers exactly what you’d hope for – clean, comfortable, and genuinely useful as a base for exploring Warsaw without breaking the bank.
