  This is a very well positioned apartment, close to the metro and a big plus is the Biedronka supermarket on the ground floor. The apartment is very spacious with a large patio. Despite the negative comments we had a great stay and we would return if we came to Warsaw again. It was very good value for money.
  
  What could be improved: The patio was dirty when we arrived and the apartment needed some maintenance like replacing faulty light bulbs and the slats on the bed were faulty. The shower door leaked badly and there was no bath mat. A roll of paper towel in the kitchen would have been nice as would some dishwashing liquid, which was empty. Sufficient toilet paper for our stay would also have been good.

  What could be improved: I asked three times for a garage. Staff told to checke for one. No answer about result. When I complained they replied that they get so many request that they do not answer some requests at all. That’s not customer friendly. I had to park my care somewhere else.

  The apartment is located close to the metro station Wilanowska, so it takes app 15-20 min to reach the center of the city. It’s well equipped, has all necessary utensils. Plus, area and the building itself are very quiet & safe.

  It was near the metro station, not far from Centre, metro cheap.New apartment, well thought out, now i left some things there by mistake, and have not heard anything, i propose to stay there next week again, and would like my stuff left in that apartment.

  The address was changed, however have left money, and smart phone at property, and received no info from them that it was left in a draw, can you contact them , as i can not, and will try to book apartment again, and collect it then about 5th of september, this is very important.
