Walking up to the building, you can tell it’s got some history to it. The rotunda part of the name isn’t just marketing nonsense – there’s actually this distinctive curved architecture that makes it stand out from the typical Warsaw hotel blocks. Inside, they’ve done this really smart thing where they’ve kept some of the original character but updated everything that actually matters. The lobby has this sort of understated elegance – not trying too hard, but definitely not your average budget hotel either. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that overly formal stuff that makes you feel like you’re bothering someone.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the rooms feel bigger than they probably are, thanks to some clever design choices. The beds are actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how many places get this basic thing wrong), and there’s proper blackout curtains – crucial if you’re dealing with jet lag or just want to sleep in. The bathrooms are compact but well thought out, with decent water pressure and toiletries that don’t smell like industrial cleaner. What really sold me on the place was how quiet it stays, even on weekends. Warsaw can get pretty lively, especially in the central areas, but somehow this place manages to stay peaceful without feeling isolated from everything that’s happening.

The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing – not just the scripted hospitality stuff, but actual local knowledge. They’ll point you toward the good pierogi spots that tourists usually miss, or let you know which tram lines to avoid during rush hour. Honestly, that kind of insider insight is worth its weight in gold when you’re trying to navigate a city. The whole place has this relaxed, lived-in vibe that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere real rather than some sterile chain hotel. For what you’re paying, especially considering that rating, it’s one of those rare finds where you actually feel like you got more than you expected.

  Piękny apartament, gustownie urządzony, ciepły, przytulny. Wszystkie udogodnienia jaki potrzebne, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Zaskoczyło mnie wino i czekoladki na powitanie. Wszystko dostępne – herbata, kawa, cukier, woda mineralna – lepiej niż w hotelu! Na dole budynku kawiarnia Nero z pyszną kawą i śniadaniami.
