I mean, yeah, it’s positioned perfectly for getting around – the Reymonta metro connection is literally right there – but the place has this unexpectedly cozy apartment vibe that most 3-star spots just don’t bother with.

The first thing you notice walking in is how quiet it actually is, which seems impossible given the location. I was bracing myself for constant train rumble, but the windows are surprisingly solid. The apartments themselves feel lived-in rather than sterile – there’s real attention to little things like decent lighting (not those harsh overhead bulbs that make you look dead), actual counter space in the kitchenette, and bathroom fixtures that don’t feel like they’ll break if you look at them wrong. The whole setup screams “someone actually thought about how people live” rather than just cramming in beds and calling it done. What really sold me was the neighborhood context – you’re not stuck in some tourist bubble here. There’s this great little bakery about two blocks down Reymonta that locals actually use (you’ll know it by the line of people grabbing coffee before 8am), and the whole area has that authentic residential energy where you can grab groceries, find a proper dinner spot, or just walk around without feeling like you’re performing tourism.

Look, a 9.5 rating might sound too good to be true for a place like this, but I get it after staying there. It’s not trying to be fancy – there’s no marble lobby or concierge in a bow tie. Instead, it just nails the basics really, really well. The check-in was smooth, the wifi actually worked for video calls, and when I had a question about local transport, the staff gave me specific route advice rather than just pointing at a tourist map. Plus, and this matters if you’re planning to eat in occasionally, the kitchen setup is genuinely functional. I’ve stayed in plenty of places with “kitchenettes” that are basically just a hot plate next to a mini-fridge, but this one had proper counter space and equipment that works. The whole experience felt less like staying in a hotel and more like borrowing a friend’s well-organized apartment in a neighborhood they actually know and love.

  Lovely place, check in easy, all as described.
  It was very refreshing to have laundry, washing, bin liners provided! I always have mine-( coffee, sugar, washing powder in zip bags). There was even shower gel!

  Cleaning , houskeeping team needs a gold star! Fresh, clean, can not fault there!
