Mini kawalerka w samym Centrum Warszawy Overview

First Impressions

When I first walked into Mini kawalerka w samym Centrum Warszawy, I’ll be honest — the name pretty much tells you everything you need to know. This is indeed a mini studio apartment right in the heart of Warsaw, and they’re not kidding about the “centrum” part. The building on Poznańska Street has that classic Warsaw charm, you know, the kind where you feel like you’re staying in a real neighborhood rather than some sterile hotel district. It’s a four-star property, but honestly, the location alone makes it feel more premium than that rating suggests.

Location & Neighborhood

I mean, you really can’t get more central than this — I could walk to the Old Town in about ten minutes, and the Palace of Culture was practically around the corner. What I loved most was how couples seem to gravitate toward this spot (apparently they rate the location 9.1, which makes total sense). The Śródmieście district has this perfect mix of historic Warsaw and modern city life, with little cafés tucked between office buildings and that constant buzz of people actually living their lives rather than just passing through. You’ll find yourself stumbling onto small squares and discovering restaurants that locals actually frequent.

The Space

The apartment itself is compact but surprisingly well thought out — they’ve managed to fit everything you need without making it feel cramped. The kitchen area is small but functional, which was perfect for making morning coffee and storing some snacks from the nearby shops. The room flows naturally from sleeping area to living space, and honestly, when you’re spending most of your time exploring Warsaw anyway, you just need a comfortable base. The windows face the street, so there’s always something to watch if you’re the people-watching type like me.

Practical Considerations

What struck me was how this place works particularly well for couples — there’s something intimate about having your own little Warsaw apartment rather than a standard hotel room. The building doesn’t have its own parking, but you’re in central Warsaw, so honestly, you don’t really need a car anyway. The public transport connections are excellent, and most of what you’ll want to see is within walking distance. I actually found myself using the apartment as a proper home base, coming back between sightseeing sessions rather than staying out all day.

Why Guests Love It

The location score of 9.3 really speaks for itself — this isn’t just marketing fluff, it’s genuinely one of the best spots you could ask for in Warsaw. You’re close enough to everything that matters but still in a real residential building where you can experience a bit of local life. The whole setup feels more authentic than your typical tourist accommodation, and there’s something satisfying about having your own little piece of Warsaw, even if it’s just for a few days. For couples especially, it offers that perfect balance of privacy and proximity to everything the city has to offer.

Warsaw hotels provide guests with comfortable accommodations in Poland’s capital, known for its remarkable post-war reconstruction and dynamic business environment.

Reviews of Mini kawalerka w samym Centrum Warszawy

  • Very Good – Bergmans from Belgium – July 20, 2025 (8/10)

  • Okay for short stays and one person – Alessandra from Spain – June 2, 2025 (7/10)

In general, the accommodation is recommended for a short stay in Warsaw. The price-performance ratio is perfectly acceptable and the accommodation is very centrally located in Warsaw, close to the main railway station. It is a 35-minute walk to the Old Town, but you could also get there faster by public transport. The flat is very modern and has everything you need for a stay.

What could be improved: What I didn't like: The accommodation initially sent me all the important information in Polish. I then had to translate everything with a translator so that I could understand the information. After I asked to write in English, this was then also fulfilled.
The host forgot to tell me the code for the flat door in the messages. I then stood outside the accommodation and tried to contact the host, which took some time. In addition, the flat was not ready at 3 pm and I had to wait until the cleaning lady had finished cleaning the room. I found it difficult to communicate with her as she didn't speak English.

  • Good – Dola from Bangladesh – April 21, 2025 (7/10)

Loved the location and the building itself. It was a calm environment to be in, minus the construction work that was going on at the time. The room, although small was comfortable enough for the short stay.

What could be improved: However, I must say I felt a lot of things missing that a rental apartment/airbnb usually provides. When I first entered, the drying rack was full of wet laundry that made the entire apartment smell, due to it not drying properly. I think it is common to offer oil, salt, pepper and sugar as common commodities. Furthermore, there was also no extra toilet paper or any kitchen paper. A mirror in the room could be also appreciated. Lastly, I was really struggling with the TV remote.

  • Very Good – Monika from Poland – March 30, 2025 (8/10)

The smell in the bathroom was really bad as well as towels, they smelled bad and weren’t absorbing much water

  • Good – Junyao from Sweden – March 23, 2025 (7/10)

    Great location

What could be improved: Hard to find the apartment access

People make big noise in the corridor

  • I wouldn’t recommend it – Marwan from Sweden – November 11, 2024 (1/10)

What could be improved: I recently stayed at this apartment and was deeply disappointed, primarily due to the unreasonable 10 a.m. checkout time. Being forced to wake up early while exhausted felt exploitative, as they charge an extra 65 PLN just to extend checkout by two hours. This policy seems designed to take advantage of guests who simply want a bit more rest. In contrast, most hotels and apartments I’ve stayed at have a standard checkout at 12 p.m. or 11 a.m., and owners are often accommodating if the room is available. Here, however, even asking for a short extension felt like a money grab, with higher fees for longer stays.

    Additional negatives:
    – The studio is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, and each floor is quite high, making it feel like climbing four flights of stairs.
    – The studio itself is very small, including a small bed that is not comfortable for two people and a tiny dining table with just one chair.
    – Visiting during winter, I also noticed there was no air conditioning, which could be problematic in hot summer months.
    – The sound insulation through the door is poor, as I could clearly hear noisy neighbors late at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment unless major changes are made.

  • Hassle free accomodation – Bulut from Poland – November 9, 2024 (9/10)

Room was generally clean, comfortable, there was additional bedding hung on the drying rack. Although haven't used it, I saw stevia provided as an alternative sweetener for tea/coffee. The location was perfect. Directions for entering the apartment were clear and sent on time, i didn't have to call anyone additionally. Photos of the each door (gate, apartment and room) were also included in the email for easy guidance. Keyless entry. I was able to find parking spot in 10 meters distance to the apartment around 22:00.

What could be improved: Room could be a little warmer. It would also be nice if the table next to bed were either a little farther from the bed or weren't fixed to the wall (just be a little careful so as not to bump your shoulder to the table corner, I was to tired to check if it was foldable). It would be nice if there were one yime use shampoo shower gel etc. Included in the shower.

  • Exceptional – Alex from Lithuania – July 31, 2024 (10/10)

Hard to find better within this price range.

  • Very pleasant stay, clean convenient and comfortable – Tomasz from Poland – July 16, 2024 (8/10)

The place was clean, it had everything I needed, the fact I didn't have to share facilities without anyone was a big plus, good location. Very neat system with locking and unlocking the doors, it was very convenient that I didn't have to meet up with anyone to get or hand over the keys, I just used the provided code. I was also pleasantly surprised that even though it was extremally hot the day I was staying the temperature in the room was fine.

What could be improved: nothing in particular. I like sleeping on smaller pillows, so that was something that wasn't particularly comfortable for me, but that's a rather minor and subjective thing.

  • Exceptional – Кирьянова from Belarus – June 26, 2024 (10/10)

It was super clean 👍🏻 and I like that everything was new

What could be improved: In my opinion the bed isn’t large enough, only for 1 person
