You know what caught me off guard about Modern Space Apartment? The name actually delivers – I mean, you walk in and it really does feel like someone took a regular apartment and gave it that sleek, minimalist treatment without losing the homey vibe. It’s got this interesting mix where you’re clearly staying somewhere designed, but it doesn’t feel sterile like some of those boutique places that try too hard.

The space itself is honestly bigger than I expected for a 3-star spot. The kitchen area is probably what impressed me most – not just the usual mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual counter space where you can spread out if you’re the type who likes to grab groceries and make coffee the way you like it. The Wi-Fi is solid (I was working remotely for part of my stay), and there’s this nice natural light that comes through in the mornings. One thing though – the walls aren’t super thick, so if you’re a light sleeper, pack earplugs. It’s not terrible, but you’ll hear your neighbors moving around sometimes.

What really sold me on the place was how straightforward everything felt. Check-in was quick, no weird hidden fees, and the host actually responded to messages within like twenty minutes when I had a question about parking. Speaking of which – there’s street parking that isn’t impossible to find, though you might have to walk a block or two during busier times. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ve got actual residents going about their day, not just tourists everywhere. There’s a decent coffee spot about three blocks over that locals seem to hit up in the mornings, and honestly, that’s where you want to go instead of making hotel coffee anyway. The 9.0 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not luxury, but everything works well and you feel like you’re getting good value. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like crashing at a friend’s well-organized apartment than staying in a cookie-cutter hotel room, this hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  Duży plus za czystość, naprawdę wszystko było czyściutkie. Dobra lokalizacja, jasno objaśnione zasady zameldowania. Z wielką chęcią wróciłabym tutaj jak będę w Warszawie, bo warunki bardzo dobre, także polecam!
