Mokotów has this laid-back vibe that’s different from the tourist chaos around Old Town, but you’re not stuck in the middle of nowhere either. There’s a tram stop maybe a five-minute walk away that’ll get you to the center without much fuss, and I found myself actually enjoying the ride – you get to see how regular Varsovians live their lives. The street itself is pretty quiet, especially at night, though you might hear some traffic during morning rush hour since people cut through the area heading toward the city center. Parking was surprisingly manageable too – there’s usually space on the street, and the host gave me the real scoop on which spots to avoid during street cleaning days.

The place is clean, the WiFi actually works (tested it on video calls), and check-in was straightforward – no drama, no waiting around.   There were NO WATER (in bathroom&toilet) in the apartments for 2 days! The host provided not valid phone number, and it was impossible to connect them! No answers to emails! Also the wifi data provided by host were wrong, so, no wifi during whole stay.
