You know what’s funny about the MONDRIAN Luxury Suites & Apartments? I almost walked right past it the first time – it doesn’t scream “look at me” from the street, but honestly, that’s part of what makes it so good. The location right on Market Square is pretty much perfect if you actually want to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. I mean, you step outside and you’re immediately in the thick of things, but somehow the suites themselves feel like this quiet retreat from all the Market Square chaos.

The apartment-style setup is where this place really shines – and I’m saying this as someone who’s stayed in way too many cramped hotel rooms over the years. These aren’t just suites with a mini-fridge shoved in the corner; they’re actual apartments with proper kitchens, separate living areas, and (this matters more than you’d think) real closet space. The design leans heavily into that modern luxury thing without feeling cold or pretentious. Actually, the bathrooms are probably worth mentioning – marble everything, rainfall showers that actually have decent water pressure, and these little details like heated floors that you don’t expect but totally appreciate when you’re padding around at 6 AM.

What really sold me on the place was how the staff handled things. Check-in was smooth – no standing around lobbies for twenty minutes – and they seemed to actually know the neighborhood well enough to give useful recommendations beyond the obvious tourist spots. The building itself is pretty quiet considering where it sits; I was worried about street noise being right on the square, but the windows do their job. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area (isn’t it always?), but they’ve got arrangements worked out that make it less of a headache than you’d expect. The 9.6 rating honestly makes sense when you stay here – it’s one of those places that gets the big stuff right while also nailing the small details that most hotels completely overlook. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like a really nice temporary home rather than just another hotel room, this is probably your spot.

  Very Clean place to stay. Photos online are correct. It is in the main old town square. It is a perfect location with good views. Loved the washer as I was only doing carry-on luggage and needed to wash my clothes. The location is on the far buildings as the photos depict. The address is a little difficult to note. Make sure you text or return the call of the person that gives you the keys. There is no signs of the hotel name as these are apartments.

  Absolutely gorgeous!!! The apartment is huge! Big beautiful windows that overlook the town square. The furniture and decor is modern and lovely! The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and stocked with all necessities. One bathroom has a soaking tub! The beds were so comfortable with Amazing linens and pillows!
  
  Alex communicated with us for check in and check out. He was so kind and explained all the technology in the apartment upon arrival. He brought our suitcases up the stairs for us and coordinated our transport to the airport when we left – AND was there at 3 am to help us with our luggage! Thank you Alex!!!

  This apartment was spacious, clean, bright and had an amazing view over the Square. Its historic significance made it a surreal experience in which to stay and added to the magic of the atmosphere. The manager Laura was thoughtful and friendly and worked hard to make everything go smoothly. I highly recommend this stay!
