If you’ve ever tried to park in the fashion district during the day (or honestly, any time), you’ll understand why having a guaranteed spot feels like winning the lottery. I watched other guests practically skip to the elevator after parking – there’s this collective relief you can actually feel. The rooms themselves have this clean, modern vibe without trying too hard to be Instagram-perfect. Actually, that’s what I liked about the whole place. The furniture looks like real people picked it out, not some corporate design committee. You’ve got proper closet space (crucial if you’re planning any shopping adventures), and the beds are legitimately comfortable – not that fake hotel-firm nonsense that leaves you aching.

What really sold me on MyCondo pl was how it fits into the neighborhood. You’re right in the thick of the fashion district, which means you can literally roll out of bed and be browsing boutiques within minutes, but it doesn’t feel touristy or overwhelming. Check-in was quick, the WiFi actually works (tested it thoroughly), and there’s this general sense that everyone knows what they’re doing. Sure, you’re not getting marble bathrooms or 24-hour room service, but you’re getting something better – a place that feels authentic and properly thought out. If you want to stay somewhere that locals would actually recommend to their visiting friends, this is it.

  Our experience was very good. The apartment was clean and nice. We had everything we needed. The underground garage space was close to the elevator. The bus stops were also very close. There are several large stores nearby. Definitely recommend this apartment.

  Наявність підземного паркінгу! Хороше розташування. Просторі кімнати. Поруч супермаркет Aldi.

  Zameldowanie bardzo wygodne (aplikacja Tedee). Blok nowy z windą, klatka schodowa czysta. Bardzo pasowała mi lokalizacja. Blisko sklepy (Aldi, Lidl, oczywiście Żabka) i komunikacja miejska. Niedaleko duże centrum handlowe (Galeria Północna). Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane. Całkiem dobrze wyposażone (pralka, żelazko itp.) Jedyne czego mi osobiście brakowało, to jakikolwiek ekspres do kawy ( ale w pobliżu jest Żabka i McDonald więc zawsze można wyskoczyć po kawkę:)

  Є по близько кілька склепів АЛДІ і ЛіДел

  Апартаменти були чудові та чисті. Є телевізор з нетфліксом та ютубом, також є інтернет. Розташування в спальному районі, поруч є три продуктові магазини та Макдональдс. До міста можна добратися за 20 хвилин автобусом. Зупинка близько і автобуси їздять часто. Господарі ввічливі та швидко відповідали на повідомлення.

  Czysto i zadbanie. Na zdjęciach nie było widać, ale do dużego pokoju nie było drzwi, ale drzwi były do kuchni i sypialni. Nie było kluczy, tylko aplikacja, bardzo proste (ale co jak nie będzie internetu w mieszkaniu?). Ładne mieszkanko.
