I mean, yeah, it’s right in the thick of things near the stadium area, but somehow they’ve managed to create this genuinely comfortable space that doesn’t feel like you’re crashing in some converted sports facility housing.

The apartment setup is honestly pretty clever – it’s got that 4-star polish without feeling stuffy or hotel-chain generic. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how quiet it was, which is kind of remarkable given the location. The windows are solid (must be double-glazed or something), because even during what I assume were game days, the noise never really penetrated. The space itself feels lived-in in a good way – not like someone just threw together a bunch of IKEA furniture and called it a day. There’s actually character here, with decent lighting that doesn’t make you look like you’re dying, and a kitchen that’s functional enough if you want to grab groceries instead of eating out every meal. The bed situation is comfortable too – I’m picky about mattresses and this one actually let me sleep properly.

What really sold me on the place though was the little details that show someone who runs this actually thinks about what travelers need. The Wi-Fi works everywhere (not just “technically” – it actually works), there are enough outlets near the bed, and the shower has proper water pressure. Check-in was straightforward, no weird key-collection drama or confusing building access situations. The whole area has this interesting mix of local life and visitor-friendly spots – you’re not stuck in some tourist bubble, but you’re also not completely on your own trying to figure out where to grab coffee or find a decent meal. I’d honestly stay here again, which is saying something because I usually like to try different places. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you’re actually there – it’s not perfect, but the things they do well, they do really well, and the minor quirks (like the slightly odd bathroom layout) are the kind you just shrug off when everything else works.

  Lokalizacja super. Na PGE kilka minut spacerkiem😉. W pobliżu metro, tramwaje, pod samym blokiem przystanek autobusowy. Parking przy bloku, o ile jest miejsce. Nam się udało. Także polecam😊

  Mieszkanie położone w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Widok z balkonu prosto na stadion i wieżowce, więc w nocy super posiedzieć na balkonie i podziwiać warszawę. Duży bardzo salon, dwie łazienki (wanna i prysznic). Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Winda jest, parking pod blokiem też.
