This is one of those apartment-style stays that actually gets it right. It’s got that 3-star rating, but honestly, it feels like they’re underselling themselves – maybe that’s why it’s sitting at a 9.6 rating from guests. The space feels genuinely lived-in rather than sterile hotel-room clean, if you know what I mean. There’s this lovely green courtyard area (hence the “Green” in the name, I’m guessing) that’s actually quiet enough to sit in with your morning coffee, which is sort of a miracle in Warsaw these days. The apartment itself has that modern Polish renovation vibe – clean lines, decent kitchen setup, and windows that actually open properly. I mean, the shower pressure is solid, the wifi doesn’t cut out when you’re trying to video call home, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase.

What really sold me on this place, though, is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re close enough to the action that you can walk to the good pierogi spots locals actually go to – not the tourist traps – but far enough out that you’re not dealing with weekend party noise echoing off the buildings at 2 AM. The tram connections are pretty decent from this area, and there’s a little market nearby where you can grab fresh bread and actual Polish honey (the kind that costs three times as much when you try to buy it at the airport). The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no long speeches about breakfast hours or pool rules, just keys and helpful directions to the nearest decent restaurant. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to be in Warsaw for more than just a quick weekend trip.
