You know what? I was honestly surprised by the New Varsovia Comfort 828 when I stayed there last spring. I mean, the name doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, but this place really gets it right in ways that matter. It’s tucked into the Wola district on Marcina Kasprzaka street – and before you worry about being stuck in some far-flung neighborhood, you’re actually in a pretty sweet spot. The area’s got this interesting mix of modern office buildings and residential blocks, so it feels more like where Varsovians actually live and work rather than some touristy bubble. There’s a Żabka convenience store literally around the corner (trust me, you’ll appreciate this for late-night snack runs), and the Rondo ONZ metro station is maybe a 10-minute walk, which puts you right in the heart of everything without the noise and chaos of staying downtown.

The hotel itself has that clean, contemporary Polish hospitality thing down pat – it’s a solid 4-star that actually earns its rating instead of just slapping stars on mediocre service. Check-in was refreshingly quick, and the staff spoke excellent English without that slightly patronizing tone you sometimes get at international chains. My room was on the sixth floor facing the courtyard, which I’d definitely recommend because the street-facing ones can get a bit noisy with morning traffic. The beds are properly firm (none of that sinking-into-quicksand nonsense), and honestly, the shower pressure was better than my apartment back home. What really impressed me was the attention to small details – like, they actually provide decent coffee in the rooms, not that powdered stuff that tastes like disappointment.

The breakfast situation deserves a mention because it’s genuinely good, not just “good for a hotel breakfast.” They do this excellent selection of Polish specialties alongside the usual international options, and the scrambled eggs are actually fluffy rather than rubbery. I found myself lingering over coffee there most mornings, partly because the breakfast room has these big windows that let in tons of natural light, and partly because the staff never rushed you out even when it got busy around 8 AM. Location-wise, you’re maybe 15 minutes by tram to the Old Town, and there are some fantastic local restaurants within walking distance – there’s this pierogi place called Zapiecek about three blocks away that locals actually eat at, not just tourists. The only minor gripe I had was that the air conditioning can be a bit aggressive, but that’s hardly a dealbreaker. For the price point and the 8.8 rating it’s got, the New Varsovia Comfort really delivers on being a comfortable, well-run place that doesn’t try to be something it’s not. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re exploring a city like Warsaw.

  Great location, has everything you need all around, to cafes, food places,convinient stores, just downstairs and transport just a walk away etc. Apartment was cute, cozy and spacious enough for my daughter and I for the week and some days we were there and the kitchen equipped enough to make all your meals… Check in was very easy and staff always very helpful. The view of the city is amazing and the chance to watch the trains, trams, and buses go by.
  
  What could be improved: The exact place or 🏢 building can be a bit hard to find, so specific instructions would really be helpful. That address is a long stretch of buildings. Free cleaning for longer stay could also be appreciated than you having to pay extra for it. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

  What could be improved: Wszystkie oferty są bezzwrotne. Po dokonaniu i opłaceniu rezerwacji dostaje sie regulanin do podpisania. Problem w tym, że jeśli się z nim nie zgadzasz to tracisz całą zapłaconą kwotę bo nie ma możliwości odwołania rezerwacji. Powinien być do niego wgląd wczesniej. Zdjęcia zrobione tak, że studio ( bo apartamentem ciężko to nazwać ) wydaje się 2x większe niż jest w rzeczywistości. Źle zamontowane zasłony przez co nie spełniają swojej funkcji. Zostaje między nimi przerwa ok 10 cm. Między łóżkiem a drzwiami/ oknem balkonowym tak mało miejsca że trzeba przechodzić tyłem aby do łóżka wejść ( ewentualnie po nim ) .Poduszki tak wygodne, że sugeruje zabrać swoje. Ja nie zmrużyłem praktycznie oka. . Jeśli masz w barkach więcej niż 60 cm to nie obrucisz się pod prysznicem bo nie ma na tyle miejsca .Tv 32 cale na obecne czasy to trochę śmiech bo większość ludzi ma takie monitory. Nie można go też oglądać z łóżka bo jest zastawione " ścianką " z kllaxa. Ogólnie układ bardzo nieprzemyślany i można to było zaaranżować o wiele lepiej.
