I mean, when you see a 9.4 rating, you sort of expect there to be a catch — maybe it’s in a sketchy area or the photos are doing some serious heavy lifting. But honestly, this place just gets the basics really, really right.

The apartment setup is what makes it work so well. You’ve got proper kitchen space (not just a sad mini-fridge and microwave situation), which means you can actually save some money on meals if you want to. The living areas feel lived-in rather than hotel-sterile, and there’s something refreshing about having drawers you can actually unpack into instead of living out of a suitcase for your whole stay. The Cooee brand seems to understand that people want space to breathe — especially if you’re staying more than just a night or two. I noticed the little touches too, like having enough power outlets in sensible places and decent Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every time someone uses the elevator.

What really sold me was how quiet it stays, even during busier periods. The soundproofing is actually decent, which you can’t always count on with apartment-style places where you’re sharing walls with other travelers who might have different schedules than you. Check-in was smooth — none of that awkward waiting around while they figure out their system. The staff seemed to know their stuff without being overly chatty, which I appreciate when I’m tired from traveling. It’s the kind of place where everything just works without you having to think about it much. Sure, it’s not going to have a concierge or room service, but if you’re looking for a comfortable base that feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a generic hotel room, this hits that sweet spot perfectly. The value is honestly pretty impressive given that rating — sometimes the best places are the ones that focus on doing the fundamentals well rather than trying to wow you with flashy amenities you’ll never use.

Hotel in Warsaw booking should be done early, especially during major cultural festivals when the city hosts internationally significant music and arts events.

  very welcoming owners.they left for us welcoming gifts ( drinks chocolate and nuts).Mr Makary came by himself as we arrived early and insisted on paying the parking fee in the public area.
  The apartment is very clean and has a nice decoration. Has everything we need ( one of the few apartments that has every possible thing you may need) .there is a nearby supermarket .very good security system.

  New apartment with two comfortable double beds and two bathrooms. If necessary, there is room for up to seven people. I stayed luxuriously with my friend, because we both had our own bedroom and a double bed.
  
  The apartment was very clean, its interior was pleasant, the location next to Warsaw's Royal Baths Park was central, and the communication with the host was great. The green window view was calming and the busy road didn't disturb either, because the windows were well soundproofed.
  
  We are very happy that we chose this apartment and we recommend the same to everyone.
