Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Noclegi Stadion,” I figured it was going to be some basic crash pad near a sports venue, but this little B&B on Zamoyskiego actually surprised me. The location in Praga Południe isn’t exactly tourist central (which, honestly, I kind of loved), but you’re getting a real slice of Warsaw life here. The tram connections are actually pretty solid – you can get to the Old Town in about 20 minutes, and there’s this great little bakery just two blocks down that locals line up at every morning. The owners clearly know their neighborhood, and they’ll point you toward spots you’d never find otherwise.
The rooms themselves have that comfortable, lived-in feeling that you get at family-run places – nothing fancy, but everything works and it’s genuinely clean. I mean, we’re talking 3-star territory here, so don’t expect marble bathrooms or anything, but the beds are surprisingly comfortable and the wifi actually reaches every corner (which, you know what, isn’t always a given at these smaller places). What really got me was the breakfast setup – it’s not some massive buffet, but they do this homemade bread thing that’s honestly better than what I’ve had at hotels twice the price. The coffee’s strong too, which matters when you’re planning to walk around Warsaw all day. One thing to note though – if you’re a super light sleeper, the street can get a bit lively on weekend evenings, but it’s not terrible and honestly adds to the authentic neighborhood vibe.
The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no corporate nonsense, just real people who seem to actually care whether you have a good stay. They’ve got parking available (and trust me, you’ll want to ask about this ahead of time because street parking in this area can be… well, let’s just say it’s an adventure). The whole place has this unpretentious charm that I found way more appealing than those sterile chain hotels near the center. Plus, you’re walking distance from some genuinely good restaurants that cater to locals, not tourists – there’s this pierogi place about five minutes away that doesn’t even have an English menu, but the food is incredible. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to experience Warsaw like someone who actually lives there, rather than just hitting the major sights, this spot delivers. It’s not going to win any design awards, but for the price and the genuine hospitality, it’s a solid choice that’ll leave you with stories to tell.
Early hotels booking in Warsaw requires advance planning during peak cultural seasons when visitors flock to see the city’s remarkable reconstruction story and vibrant arts scene.

Good hotel for a reasonable price. Area is not far from the center across the river. The room has everything you need, suitable for a short stay.

It’ s good enough to stay for 1 night , very close to the train station.
What could be improved: There is no fridge, the is an electric kettle with cups but it lacks some tea or coffee bags to show hospitality. A bottle of water would be also a nice option.Good – Eero from Estonia – July 9, 2025 (7/10)
