Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Noclegi Stadion Bed & Breakfast on Zamoyskiego Street, you immediately get the sense this is one of those places locals know about but tourists often miss. It’s tucked into the Praga Południe district — honestly, this part of Warsaw has such a different vibe from the tourist-heavy Old Town. The four-star property sits in what feels like a real neighborhood, where you’ll actually see Polish families going about their daily lives rather than just other travelers with cameras.
The Praga Południe Experience
You know what’s great about staying here? Praga Południe is where Warsaw gets authentic. I mean, you’re still close enough to hop on public transport and reach the center in about 20 minutes, but you get to experience the city like someone who actually lives here. There are proper Polish cafés nearby where the barista might not speak perfect English but makes incredible coffee. The area has this slightly industrial charm — it’s not polished for tourists, which I actually found refreshing after visiting so many overly sanitized hotel districts.
Your Room and Space
The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for a bed & breakfast. Nothing fancy, but everything worked perfectly and felt genuinely clean. The beds are comfortable (I’m picky about this), and there’s enough storage space that you won’t be living out of your suitcase. What I appreciated most was how quiet it gets at night — being in a residential area means you’re not dealing with late-night party crowds or constant traffic noise that you’d get in the city center.
Breakfast Worth Waking Up For
Honestly, the breakfast here surprised me. They offer continental and buffet options, plus they’ll pack you a breakfast to go if you’re heading out early — which is actually pretty thoughtful. The buffet has a good mix of Polish and international items, and the coffee is strong enough to properly wake you up. I found myself lingering over breakfast longer than usual, partly because the dining area has this cozy, unhurried atmosphere that makes you want to plan your day slowly.
Why Guests Love It
The location rating of 8.9 from couples makes total sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing real Warsaw without sacrificing convenience. Parking isn’t a nightmare like it can be in the center, and you’ve got easy access to both local gems and major attractions. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay work — they’re not just going through hospitality motions. For the price point, you’re getting solid value in a part of the city that feels authentic rather than manufactured for tourism. If you want to see Warsaw beyond the postcard version, this place gives you that base while keeping you comfortable.
Early hotels booking in Warsaw requires advance planning during peak cultural seasons when visitors flock to see the city’s remarkable reconstruction story and vibrant arts scene.

Great location for concerts, nothing to complain about
What could be improved: Variety of breakfast.
Good
Close to a tram - bus - metro.
What could be improved: No fridge inside the rooms, no air conditioning.
Wonderful
Good hotel for a reasonable price. Area is not far from the center across the river. The room has everything you need, suitable for a short stay.
Good
It’ s good enough to stay for 1 night , very close to the train station.
What could be improved: There is no fridge, the is an electric kettle with cups but it lacks some tea or coffee bags to show hospitality. A bottle of water would be also a nice option.
Good
Breakfast was very nice downstairs!
What could be improved: Aircon would also help nowadays, but besides that it was good.

What could be improved: The entrance was weird so caused a bit of apprehension.
Ideal for short stays
Excellent location for anyone arriving by plane and then by train to the city. The center is a 40-minute walk away. Decent equipped. Ideal for short stays.
Good hotel for business / work trips
Great hotel close to Stadion Narodowy, for a reasonnable price for a workteam stay, I recommend, we stay there every year we come to Warsaw
What could be improved: it's not brand new, you can hear people in the hall and in the other rooms but for 1 night is ok. There is no parking included but usually there are places on the street not far away from the hotel and it is safe to park there
