Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Novotel Warszawa Airport, you immediately get that “this place knows what it’s doing” feeling. It’s one of those four-star hotels that doesn’t try too hard to impress you with flashy lobbies — instead, everything just works smoothly. The staff actually seems happy to see you, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re dealing with travel fatigue. I mean, being located right in Warsaw means they see their fair share of weary travelers, and they’ve clearly figured out how to make that first interaction count.
Location That Actually Makes Sense
Here’s what I love about the location — it’s in Włochy, which puts you close enough to the airport that you’re not stressed about early flights, but far enough that you don’t hear planes all night. You know what’s interesting? Couples seem to really get this balance, rating the location 8.9 for romantic trips. There’s something about having easy airport access without feeling like you’re camping in a terminal. The parking situation is refreshingly straightforward too — private spots right at the hotel, which saves you from those nightmare scenarios of hunting for a space with luggage in tow.
The Room Experience
The room setup here is what I’d call “thoughtfully practical.” The beds — and this isn’t just marketing speak — are genuinely comfortable. Like, the kind where you actually wake up feeling rested instead of wondering why hotel beds are usually so terrible. The rooms have this clean, modern vibe without being sterile, and honestly, the soundproofing is better than you’d expect. I’ve stayed in places where every footstep in the hallway becomes part of your night’s soundtrack, but that’s not an issue here.
Breakfast and Dining
The breakfast situation is solid — they do both continental and buffet options, which gives you flexibility depending on whether you’re rushing to catch a flight or have time to actually sit and eat like a human being. The restaurant doesn’t try to be fancy, but the food is reliable and the coffee is actually good (you’d be surprised how many hotels mess this up). What I noticed is that they seem to understand the rhythm of airport hotel guests — some people need quick grab-and-go options, others want to linger over their meal.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
There’s something telling about the fact that this place has more repeat guests than most other properties. I think it comes down to them getting the fundamentals right without any unnecessary complications. The location works, the beds are comfortable, the service is genuine, and you don’t feel like you’re paying for amenities you’ll never use. For Warsaw travelers who need airport proximity but don’t want to sacrifice comfort, it’s become a reliable choice that actually delivers on what it promises.
Best hotels in Warsaw range from charming boutique properties in the historic Old Town to elegant modern hotels with stunning views of the Vistula River and Palace of Culture.

Guest Reviews
Amazing staff , facilities and location . Great breakfast buffet and restaurant/bar
Incredible food. Beautiful room. So clean and tidy. We loved it❤️
Comfortable stay, good ambaince, great breakfast buffet, reachable to the city centre (only 1 bus)! I also appreciated the green measures the hotel has!
A modern hotel with a well-lit lobby and restaurant, an excellent breakfast spread, friendly and helpful staff, and rooms that are both clean and well-maintained. The biggest advantages are undoubtedly its proximity to the airport as well as the free shuttle service, and while that does mean it's quite far from the rest of the city, it's nevertheless very easy to get downtown thanks to the bus stop right across the street. I also really appreciate how close it is to Mausoleum Park, which is a beautiful place to walk around and a proper tourist attraction in its own right for those visitors who love history. The rooftop apiary is a unique bonus, and as I wasn't visiting during the honey-making season, I owe a special shout out to the front desk staff who very kindly managed to track down the last available bottle and let me take it as a souvenir.
Very good breakfast with, f. ex., possibility to bake waffles or make fresh juice from vegetables. Quite large parking lot, right next to the hotel, which must be paid in reception. There was also a swimming pool, but could not try.
The property was clean, and the staff was so polite and warm welcoming
Free upgrade room. This businnes trip is first time for me and I would send living here the most confortable.
Trash was under bed. Front desk friendly and professional.
Perfect breakfast, everything you could wish for. Nice and clean room.
Great location, 5 min to airport.
Thanks to receptionist Daria for excellent service and Svitlana for great room preparation
