Hotel Description
Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Warsaw apartments, and this little spot on Nowy Świat really surprised me. You know how sometimes a place just feels right the moment you walk in? That’s exactly what happened here. The apartment sits right in the heart of everything – I mean, you’re literally on one of Warsaw’s most famous streets, but somehow the owners managed to create this cozy bubble that doesn’t feel touristy at all. When I first arrived (honestly, I was running late because I got completely turned around near the Palace of Culture), the check-in was refreshingly straightforward. No fancy lobby nonsense, just practical efficiency that actually works.
What I really loved about this place was how it strikes that perfect balance between being in the thick of things and having somewhere peaceful to retreat to. During the day, you can hear the gentle hum of street life – people chatting as they walk to the cafés, the occasional tram rumbling by – but it never gets overwhelming. I actually found it kind of soothing, like the city’s heartbeat. The apartment itself feels genuinely lived-in rather than sterile, which is something you don’t always get with rental properties. There’s this attention to small details that made me think the owners actually care about the guest experience – proper blackout curtains (trust me, this matters when you’re jet-lagged), a coffee setup that doesn’t require an engineering degree to operate, and enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped.
The location is honestly unbeatable if you want to explore Warsaw on foot. I walked to the Old Town in about fifteen minutes, cutting through Krakowskie Przedmieście, and you’re surrounded by some genuinely excellent restaurants and bars that locals actually frequent – not just tourist traps. There’s this little milk bar called Bar Mleczny Pod Barbakanem that’s maybe a ten-minute walk away, and honestly, it became my go-to breakfast spot. The neighborhood gets pretty lively on weekend evenings, which is fun if you’re in the mood for it, but I never felt like it was disruptive to sleep. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (most of central Warsaw is), but there are paid spots nearby, and the public transport connections are solid – the metro station at Nowy Świat-Uniwersytet is practically around the corner. I ended up using it constantly to get to Praga and other neighborhoods I wanted to explore. For a three-star place, this apartment punches way above its weight, and that 8.8 rating feels completely justified. It’s the kind of place where you settle in quickly and start feeling like a temporary local rather than just another tourist passing through.

Great location.
Quiet place.
Elevator.
Comfy beds and pillows.
What could be improved: Air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms and the blue light blinking all night long without possibility to stop it distracted kids that were sleeping in the smaller room. This apartment made my experience in Warsaw Perfekt – 박 from Germany – June 13, 2024 (10/10)
I'm so surprised, having this perfeckt apartment with so much reasonable price! The apartment has one big room, one small room with two beds, Kitchen, Restroom and everything is so well furnished and clean. The apartment is located in the heart of city, so near from Old town, but so quiet. And the host provides with me youtube link for receiving the key, and it helped a lot with finding the location and also the key. Whenever I come back to Warsaw, I will definitely use this hotel again.

What could be improved: Brak uwagświetne miejsce w centrum Warszawy – Bogna from Poland – May 14, 2025 (9/10)
Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, Bardzo wygodne łóżka, Cisza.
What could be improved: Zapach z kanalizacji w łazience może być dokuczliwy, ale zamknięcie drzwi i nawiew dają radę. nie jest to związane z czystością mieszkania.Exceptional – Marcin from Poland – February 20, 2024 (10/10)
Bardzo ładny pokój, wygoda i dobra lokalizacja – Amelia from Poland – February 5, 2024 (10/10)
Czysto, ładnie urządzony apartament
